5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ Hands down! If you are looking for tacos in the area STOP HERE ♥️ Coming from Charlotte, NC looking for tacos at the beach (also ceviche) in town - so glad we picked this place. Tacos were fresh, flavorful, and hot, verde salas was amazing. My family and I made an order to go for tacos in the morning because we enjoined the food that much ! My Husband was pleasantly pleased. He doesn’t eat guacamole at all BUT did here ! He loves Mexican and will try very Mexican place in town if he had the time. Customer service 5 out of 5! Everyone was friendly and nice, we came in an hour before closing (to sit down and eat, two families were there as well and maybe a few pick up orders) and we were still treated as if they just opened the doors. The owner of the place asked questions and was very tentative to our needs/wants. 5 out of 5 the cleanest restaurant Environment. Which was one of the important factors of us coming back, As a family couldn’t ask for a better dinner spot to be at....

We wanted mexican and La Poblana had a 4+ star rating, close to hotel after drive from Wilmington, sold.

Bright, well lit, clean. It’s in a strip mall, plenty of parking.

No beer here, although there is a liquor store next door. Mexico cane sugar Coke in a bottle, other soft drinks. Waitress brought me a 32 oz water on request.

Chips are good, homemade I think, a little saltier than average but I like that.

Salsa’s good too, flavor w/out too much heat.

Daughter got queso with chips, queso a little runny, still yummy.

I had carne asada platillo. Delicious, especially when dipped in the salsa. Refried beans were very good, Rice not much flavor, but I eat low carb so no big deal.

My daughter gave the chicken tacos 4-stars.

My wife had empanadas. Cheese was good, the chicken was “too chickeny.”

Judging from the conversations overheard at adjoining tables, this is a family restaurant frequented by people who enjoy real Mexican...

This place needs attention on the customers as they are coming in, ones you find out were to seat, they take too long to come and take your order, ones they take your order it took us 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our food in the table, after they brow our order, our food wash all wrong we ordered food for kids without jalapeños on it and they had come with extra, we ask for silverware and they never brown them. The food is good especially being fresh made

The employees that were helping the kitchen were on there phone and then putting there hands in the kitchen food area that’s not acceptable and the male that was checking on the customer did the same think, helping clean the tables and then going into the kitchen area and help them without washing his hands that’s not sanitary I saw all this wen I was paying for our dinner I will not come here if this is not taking care the right way.
