Dunkin' — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

The young lady that took my order was so pleasant. As I recieved my food the sausage was so cold it looked like turkey sausage and i smelt it to make sure and it was ice cold to the touch then I touched the eggs to find both eggs on both sandwiches was cold. When i approached the older lady that seemed to be in charge she automatically had a irritated look on her face i told her the food was really cold and i would like to just get the money back for the sandwiches she said i don't think I can but ill see. So i patiently got in line behind two customers hold these sandwiches she took both of their orders actually being rude to one because she called the frozen coffee a coolatta. Once she finished taking orders she went to pass out someone else coffee then came to me once she gave me my refund i asked for a copy of my receipt she gave me another irritated look and was like why and i said because I still have items i paid for on that receipt she then said i have to keep this but im prettt sure she could have gave me a reprinted one. This was the worst Dublin visit i ever had and i will never ever go here and wouldnt recommend...

When I walked into this facility it was initially okay. The person taking orders ,his name was Noah, really struggled with simple tasks. He was getting overwhelmed with the ordering process and we couldn’t even get can I please get a large coco mocha latte out before he told us to slow down. After we ordered we got the receipt and the order was wrong even after he made us repeat it more than 3 times. I went back and tried to correct my order and he wanted to charge me so I told him I was not paying for a correction that was not my fault. Noah then continued to tell another worker the correction to my order & the employee seemed frustrated with Noah and then didn’t make the order. My fiancé went up to where they were making drinks (on tap) and the other worker said no problem and made the correct drink. We went back to try this Dunkin again the next day and the place was so dirty chocolate smeared into floor and trash everywhere. A worker swept the floor and took the trash out while we were waiting, which was about 10 minutes for 2 simple drinks. DO NOT recommend if you...

This Dunkin’ is very nice looking but is ran by young people who need more training, and less attitude. Our second visit I went thru the drive thru with no answer. I went to the front door and saw 4 employees on phones, laughing, and having a great time. While they were open. When I went to go inside they locked the door 30 minutes early laughing and rolling their eyes. In this time 5-7 cars were going thru drive thru and people were pulling up to get some dunkin…. ALL TURNED AWAY! They need a manager to work here that cares about keeping their business open for Mrytle Beach… They are losing a lot of business due to just not caring and poor attitudes! I was in here yesterday & watched an employee be disrespectful to the manager. She then tried to explain why the manager gets on her nerves to customers… I told her she should be fired. I tried 2 times to have coffee here and both times I left empty handed! MY SUGGESTION IS DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN THEY ARE NOT...
