I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like it was important that couples know a few things before going with the Bell Tower. (Note, we didn’t end up signing with Bell Tower, and we went with another venue.)
First, I do want to highlight some positives. Alli was absolutely incredible with showing us the venue. She was quick to respond, met with me for not just one but TWO tours, and even included an extra incentive to sign (throwing in a free champagne toast). I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Also, the whiskey room seemed like such a cool touch. Plus, the location is amazing - right downtown and near Broadway and multiple hotels.
Now, I do think it’s really important for couples to know that the Bell Tower’s pricing is very misleading. I had seen in other reviews that people said that they paid more than they were expecting. As a result, I decided to double check the math on their pricing guide and also ask questions before signing. When I did, the numbers didn’t add up.
Here are a few examples (estimates guide given on 1.2.23):
(For the purpose of this example, I’m going to use our numbers. We were looking at a 300-person wedding. Even though this is a big wedding, we were given a table with different options from 50-300 people and saw the same issues across the board.)
Let’s take the sweets estimate. In the estimate guide, the sweets estimate is $1,500 for 300 people. In their menu guide, their CHEAPEST option for sweets is $9 per guest, which comes out to $2,700. (Note, none of their sweets options include a traditional wedding cake. That would need to be ordered separately from the Infinity Hospitality Group.)
In this case, their cheapest option is $1,200 more than the ESTIMATE.
Let’s take the catering estimate. In the estimate guide, the estimate for food for 300 people is $15,000. In their menu guide, their CHEAPEST option for cocktail hour is $19.50/person and dinner is $38.50/person. For 300 people, this comes out to $17,400.
Again, their cheapest options come out to more than $2,400 than their ESTIMATE.
When I asked about how they got their estimates, the sales director, Bubba Plunk, called me. He said that their estimates are based off of the weddings the last few years, but that didn’t make sense to me since the cheapest options are more than the estimate (which is typically an average). In response, he said that many people do special catering options, so I said okay - well, what are those options? What options can you provide that get to the numbers in your estimate guide? He didn’t have an answer. He responded in a very condescending way, and instead of providing an example of how anyone would get to the numbers in their estimates guide, Bubba created a custom contract for us with pricing that was again… vague.
So, I post this review so that couples know that you probably will be paying more than what’s in the estimates guide. There are 14 line items in their estimates guide. If even a few of them are off like the catering and sweets estimate, you could be paying thousands of dollars more.
Beautiful venue but not transparent pricing. Be careful!!!! We ended up signing with a venue with very transparent pricing instead.

Read moreI had my wedding at this location on Sunday October 23, 2022. I spent 11 months working with the infinity team and the planning process over all went smoothly and for the most part they did what they could within our budget. I’ll start by saying the venue was beautiful and spacious, and the food was tasty. The wedding would have been the most wonderful day of our lives if the team there had handled the events of that night properly. It started by my best friend being cut off after three glasses of white wine in three hours. She came to me in tears saying the bar had cut her off and they were threatening to remove her. She wasn’t showing signs of visible intoxication and she was far from drunk or belligerent. After being threatened to be removed another friend of mine who was close to the situation was also being removed without cause and without consulting with myself or my husband. I was made aware of the situation by them, not the event staff and I then had a discussion with the staff. They were allowed to stay and the party continued. Not long after another guest was removed for being “too drunk” as was his 10 year old sister. He was “too drunk” to remain at the venue (he was not) but not too drunk to take a 10 year old child home. I was also unaware of this situation. Finally, my brother was removed from the venue. He was visibly drunk. He was dancing and having the time of his life. He was not belligerent, he was not rude, nor was he destructive. He was a man at his sisters wedding enjoying our time together. All of these situations could have been handled by coming to me and discussing the situation without it ruining my wedding and embarrassing my family. I have been to a lot of weddings with a lot of intoxicated guest and I have never seen people treated this way. I had no intention of writing a review until i saw the response the bell tower left on another review left by one of my guest. I was never informed of any guest being removed by their staff. I have 65 wittiness’s to attest that not a single person made a bar tender or staff member feel unsafe. I feel it’s also important to note there is not parking at this location. Most of my guest were staying walking distance (my brother was at the hotel right across from the venue.) There was no concern for a DUI or any other legal actions against the bar tenders hired by this establishment. I wish the events of this night had turned out differently and I hope in the future infinity has a better idea of how to handle situations like these so it doesn’t happen to another bride paying 1000’s of dollars to...
Read moreOur wedding was amazing! Maggie and Priscilla with Infinity Hospitality Group were amazing! They planned everything start to finish exactly how I wanted and it was (almost) FLAWLESS! This review would absolutely have been 5/5 stars had they not recommended the Flower Fairy for florals.
The Flower Fairy was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. I should have done the research on my own instead of taking the planners word on it after seeing one example of her work and that is on me, but I would have never expected the outcome to be what it was. I specifically asked that the only flowers at the wedding be sunflowers. I gave her all the freedom on greenery, but as far as flowers… ONLY SUNFLOWERS. Seems like a reasonable request since it was my wedding, but I guess not. She used strawflowers for the boutonnières and the cake. I am pretty chill. This is something that could have been addressed at a later time and we could have came to a solution. Instead… she approached me at my wedding and tried to defend her decision making process. I was SHOCKED! She said that she chose to do strawflowers for the boutonnières because she felt like sunflowers would be too heavy. I explained that we had bought special pocket inserts for that exact reason. It was just so unprofessional for her to approach me during my wedding. I never got an explanation as to why there wasn’t even one sunflower on the cake. The only thing that was ever done to make any attempt to make the situation right was a $300 refund (which is a joke considering the amount of money we spent on florals), but there will never be anyway to go back and fix it. My wedding pictures will always look like the groomsmen were wearing cheap weeds on their suits and the cake… oh the cake. It was just so bad. If she had any type of professional place this review would be there, but she doesn’t and I wouldn’t anyone to have the...
