I have been an existing patient at this multiple~doctor’s office for more than eight years now. My first initial and intended primary care physician actually left the practice after I was an established patient for approximately six years. I was both upset and apprehensive about my future primary care physician and upset as I felt I already had a conscientious doctor and did not want another. However, Dr. Furtado turned out to be just as competent and capable as my previous physician and my hesitancy quickly dissipated. He a is very kind and concerned, capable and competent doctor and I couldn’t be happier being a patient under his care. Also, I can’t say enough about the staff and although I do not know all their names and I apologize for that, I have not had the experience of interacting with anyone there that I didn’t think was kind, caring, conscientious and considerate. I DO know the name of Dr. Furtado‘s nurse, Asia and the reason I know her name is she is always sharp and swiftly addresses anything I might ask of her or need & promptly returns any calls I may make to the office. I just love her and can’t say enough good things about her! I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Furtado as my primary! He always thoroughly listens and addresses concerns I may have/answers questions and really promotes the feeling of being able to talk to him about whatever I need to as well making me feel at ease and calm, he is genuinely nice and kind. I am extremely happy with my primary care physician, Dr. Lorraine Charles. She provides the best care I have ever had. She listens to me, I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with her, she makes me feel that she really cares about me as her patient. She even responds to my portal messages!!! I hope she's with the group for many years to come because she is stuck with me as her patient. I have worked in healthcare for many years. I have gotten to see how providers work and interact with their patients firsthand. So when I was looking for a new provider, I knew exactly what to look for and I found it in Dr. Charles. She is a great provider.

Also, Customer Service Representative Veronica is the best! Somehow, every time I call for assistance, she is more than likely the person who gets my call. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate. Veronica is not a Doctor nor is she a Nurse, but she is just as part of my care team as any, and she exudes that every time I call for assistance. Thank you, and I appreciate you both for taking...

To tell you the truth I actually love Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners Nashville.I live in Murfreesboro and I travel to the doctor there. I wouldn't trade my doctor at that Medical Group for nothing. He is highly intelligent but doesn't make you feel like you're not. He explains things in a way you can understand and never gets aggravated at all my never-ending questions. I could get a doctor closer maybe even wanted Ascension St Thomas at Rutherford. But I'm not willing to give up what I have with this doctor. He's been with me since the beginning of my diagnosis and I wouldn't trade him for the world. They take pride in the doctors they hire. I also see a specialist here in Murfreesboro at Ascension St Thomas at Rutherford and I wouldn't trade her for anything in the world. I used to not like the hospital in Murfreesboro, but since Ascension took them over it's a totally different hospital. Everyone takes pride in working there.
