Read moreOverall very rude and unprofessional staff. I ordered a single scoop and noticed that the man in front of me received a significantly larger single scoop than I did (they were scooped by 2 different people). I was a little upset, because if Iâm paying $6 for a single scoop of ice cream it better be a decent size.
So I made a comment to my friend next to me about how the person in front of me received a bigger scoop and the girl behind the counter said very loudly âIs there a problem?â I didnât want to cause a scene so I said no everything is fine, but she insisted and said very loudly âno tell me what the problem is. I saw you say something to your friend!â At this point it caused a scene, and so I mentioned how I wouldâve liked a bigger scoop of ice cream comparable to the size of the personâs in front of me. She proceeded to impatiently grab the ice cream cup back and she did add a significant amount to make it the size of 2 scoops (a little unnecessary, but I was thankful), which is why Iâm giving 2 stars vs 1.
The whole thing happened with her giving me a lot of attitude and being very rude to me with a whole line of people watching. It just seemed very unprofessional. I had gone to Mikeâs ice cream next door the previous day and their ice cream was way better and the staff wasnât rude. I came all the way from Utah and it was my first time in Nashville. I didnât realize I was going to have such a negative experience in an ice cream shopâŠDefinitely recommend Mikeâs next door over...
Read moreI visited Nashville this past weekend, and I am so glad that this is a place that I was able to spend quite a bit of time. I first walked in an ice cream shop nearby and it was really chilly inside and I looked at the pricing and it was decent But I decided to keep walking. And then walked into this ice cream shop and immediately the smell was amazing. It was warmer temperatures and I took a minute to look at the pricing. It was approximately three dollars more for a chocolate milkshake but with atmosphere and everything else considered. I decided to place my order there. The chocolate chip cookies looks so amazing I had to get one with my shake, it was completely worth it from the service to everything I ordered. We paid for parking in a parking garage nearby and we were within walking distance from a lot of other places. The decorations in this place were really cute and fitting. The other customers were even amazing as well as we met another couple and were able to form a connection while eating or dessert together.Thankful for the couple from VA and for a good last minute stop before leaving town! I will...
