Good food but terribly slow and disorganized service. There is hope that they can turn it around—and they absolutely need to before it buries this restaurant.

We arrived and I provided my number to be texted. We were told there would be about a 20-30 minute wait. 30+ minutes goes by and I go inside to check on our table and the hostess assures me it’s almost ready. Another 10-15 minutes goes by and I ask again—this time she asked for my name, and it turns out they accidentally gave it to another group! 😠 She once again assures me that our table is being cleaned and ā€œwe’re next.ā€ More waiting and we finally sit down after waiting an hour. Then after sitting down, rather than at least providing glasses of water, they just handed us menus and disappeared for another 6-7 minutes. They finally take our orders (we ordered drinks and food at the same time because we didn’t want to wait any longer). Another 7-8 minutes later they show up with water but not our other two drinks. So at that point we had been there for 1 hour snd 15 minutes and all we had was a glass of water!!

I asked the server if our drinks were coming. He went ā€œto check on them.ā€ He finally came back with them. The ice had started melting in mine, so it clearly had been there for a minute. The server said ā€œsorry, the drinks got stuck behind the bar.ā€ Huh?? What does that even mean? Were they literally stuck there and you had to wait to un-stick them?? He also didn’t provide any straws. I didn’t want to wait for the server to come back so I just went to grab one from the bar.

Finally, after 1 hr and 45 min from when I first put our name in, our food arrived. It was good and we ate it quickly since we were starving at that point. And just for the record, the table next to us was having the exact same experience. Even paying their check was a long pain in the butt.

I’ll probably give this place one more chance sometime. I want it to do well. But if they blow it again, I’m done. It’s just not worth the disorganized hassle and ridiculous wait times,...

The whole experience overall was just disappointing. We walked in where the outdoor seating was and there were probably 6 tables with dirty plates, unfinished food, and tons of flies. We walked in, waited for like 15 mins, then got seated. Our server took probably 10 minutes to come get our drinks. When she came back, we asked for one more minute to look at the menu, and then disappeared for 20 minutes. We had to flag her down to place our order. After ordering, it took us 45 minutes to get our food. There were about 4 tables left in the restaurant at this point so I’m not sure why it took so long for our food. When we got our food, 3 meals came out cold and one was completely wrong and had to get sent back to the kitchen. We left the restaurant after almost 2 hours of being there, which is crazy for a brunch restaurant. Our server kinda sucked, she was never to be found and we never got our waters refilled. They were also doing maintenance work, standing on the bar to get to the ceiling while customers were eating near. Just terrible service, cold food, dirty, and it was so slow for a Thursday morning. Definitely won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend...

This was my first time visiting Snooze and it was awesome! There was a slight hiccup with our reservation, but it was resolved quickly by the hostess. There were 6 people in my party and the wait was about 45min to an hour on a Sunday around 11am, they were super busy. I had the Ham Benny III with is an elevated eggs Benedict and was perfect. I also shared an order of French toast neat and it was delicious. I cleaned my plate, but left Full. The service was great even though they were busy. Sam our server was knowledgeable with the menu offerings and was able to answer any questions my party had. He started off asking if there were any food allergies or sensitivities which I appreciated. He was prompt and our drinks stayed full. We had gotten a couple coffee drinks and an acoholic beverage that took a few minutes, but again they were super busy and considering that they came from the same bar that was full as well, I think the wait was suitable. Again, this was my first experience here, but I plan on coming back. I can't recommend them enough! When you visit ask for Sam, he...

Love their mid century decor and cool diner atmosphere. Though it's a chain and we were looking for something a bit more local, it ended up being the perfect brunch spot for us in Nashville on our way out of town as we headed to the airport. Fast seating, friendly greeting and a very attentive waiter were a great beginning. We ordered... Shrimp and Grits- was really tasty. Blackened, zesty shrimp atop a mild cheesey grits. It tasted almost like a ricotta cheese blend. Overall a great combination. Pancake Flight-Sweet potato, Danish (blueberry), and pineapple pancakes. They were delicious but a lot of sweet. I loved the water glasses and would buy a set of they sold merch! Thanks!

Recently opened in the Crossroads at the Gulch Apartments and I'm so grateful it did! The menu is extensive with lots of adult drink options and breakfast served in every way. The food was flavorful and portioned just right. The crab cake was fabulous but I've heard good things about the carbonara. We arrived at lunch time and were able to secure a nice sized booth for our group. The server was very pleasant and knew the menu well directing us to different options based on our food preferences. Definitely worth checking out if you like breakfast!

Except for MaƮtre d first seating us at a dead end we thoroughly enjoyed EVERYthing. Amazing informative cordial waitstaff, stunning presentation, real communication and Perrrrfect poached egg and the best hollandaise I have ever had...and I grew up in the Chesapeake area where the bennie is king. Better than Four Seasons...better than any bennie in the universe. Husband loved his pecan pumpkin pancakes. Coffee is yuuummmie flavorful roast. We will be back tomorrow.
