The food was fine, the service not impressed. I was the lunch orderer for a business meeting and they requested Tazikis. Not one I’ve picked before but was excited to try a new option for lunch meetings. The order was going to be placed online for pick up and the group wanted to pick it up at 11. When I saw online that pickup time wasn’t an option I called the store to ask if it was a possibility. The person I spoke with said yes, no problem. His instructions were to put a note on the order and submit it as soon as possible. I gave him my name and submitted the order that afternoon for pick up at 11am the next day. Even picked the maximum tip option because I was so thrilled they were doing us this favor and were so nice about it. When I show up at 11 the next day to pick it up the manager unapologetically says no we don’t do that. We are getting started on it right now. His tone was very much like I was in the wrong and what a ridiculous request. I don’t appreciate being lied to or misled so there is def some miscommunication between staff and management. Because the order wasn’t ready when we expected it to be making us late for the meeting it reflected poorly on me. I also regretted leaving a tip for excellence when excellence is not what was delivered. I order lunch for business meetings quite frequently so the least I can do is add this location to the would not order from again list. I have high expectations because I was once an area manager in the food service industry. My team would have clearly left a note about a special request, or a manager would have called me back and said so sorry we can’t honor that request. I always said yes if I could to customers even if it meant coming in 10 mins early to start their order to make their day and establish a good relationship for future repeat business. We are super fortunate that there are several businesses with that kind of excellent customer service that we order lunch from all the time. And I recommend them...
Read moreI do not see the Are you here now button. That seems to appear and disappear as someones wants. Oh SOmething is fishy... I think people only came in after. Do you think anyone in a restaurant gives free food? No sit down shut up and you so much look around. You have to sit and pay. Listen to crazy loud play time party not work time workers. And give a tip for service you don't really ask or need. Or fuk you. Who cares what job you do. how lithe you Make. Because tip means Business. That's restaurants in general greek is oh no exception.
When I walk in the guy joking round. I Hope he doesn't stay long. He says
Yeah Imma bout to walk in the male restroom and pee all over your shift.
So I'm Female. But when I talk to the guy with menu. Because I feel he's trying to kick me out before he even goes up to me I then do not expect he offers me food. I know. I order a salad but that's not a buffet that's just one order. One of the vegetables salads don't list that they have near in it. Apparently though the rudier cashier totally could have lied on that. I get small rolls of grilled vegetables. And I did order a grill cheese. But whatever, oh I well don't know what their grill cheese tastes like.
The to go box was small I notice for grill veggie and salad and from cheese. He said it was ok order whatever. I will bet since you can easy break the roles and pigeon doop on customers. Discount it all register is no necessary
They gave to go in a bag. I thought it was going to be plate I was looking for a plug. Woah they really want me out
Thought it was...
Read moreI had no intentions of eating lunch here. I was set to eat lunch at Milk and Honey a few doors down, but for some reason, they were closed. As I passed by, I saw a pic of a lamb burger, but I kept walking. It was on my next trip by the picture that I decided to give it a try. I greeted the cashier and asked how she was doing and she stated "not good". I was a bit taken back but appreciated her honesty. We all have those days. I said something funny and she in instantly perked up. I asked her about the lamb burger and she said it was amazing. I was nervous about it, but I opted for it instead of the Greek salad. My friend got the salad and he said it was great. If you eat lamb, then you'd love this burger. I don't have a Taziki restaurant in my area so I'll have to try and recreate it at home. I'm, for sure., I'll be back when I come back...
