Beach Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Nevada

I was a guest at the Mandalay bay so my family and I decided to check out the pool/beach area. We got hungry so my husband and I went into this Cafe but we weren't sure if the kids were allowed so we ordered food at the bar. When we noticed kids are allowed we asked the hostess for a table. We were seated and our kids joined us, my son ordered food and my daughter also wanted to try the pizza logs and we ordered more beverages. Alcoholic and non alcoholic. So we spent an additional 200 more than we spent at the bar. However when the platters we previously ordered at the bar was ready we brought it to our table and that's when things took a turn. The hostess, black woman with short blonde hair aggressively came to our table and said "Oh nah Togo food ain't allowed at my table". I apologized to her and said we weren't sure and I explained it was my 1st time there. She said I should tell you to leave but I'll let it slide this time. EXCUSE ME the fact that management allows staff to speak to customers in that manner is outrageous. I didn't want to ruin my children's experience so I didn't say anything to her. This type of service isn't the type of service you expect when you're spending alot of money. Might as well of went to McDonald's. Do better! I'll never return here to sit and eat and I'd advise anyone not to eat here. Bartenders on the other hand...

If i could give 0 stars i would in ah heartbeat!!! James M was horrible service i didn’t even get to sip my drink because it fell on my table i asked for a new one bartenders said yes they’ll make it James went to the bar and saw they were making it saying “dont do it he drank it” I approached james saying why was he lying that the whole puddle of drink is on the floor no reason for me to lie the party next to me told me they didnt tip him for horrible service so I believe he was taking his anger towards me my kids never received there gatorades and he told the bartenders the kids drank them which frustrated me more because my kids were thirsty and we were never given our drinks REMOVE THIS GUY FROM YALL TEAM! it was $54 dollars for a Cesar salad, Buffalo dip, and two waters. The Buffalo dip was nothing special. Pretty sure it was just a Lay's dip that they scooped into a paper container. Cesar salad was 20 dollars and it was literally the smallest salad I've ever seen. Brought it to the manager. He gave me a refund and said he would bring it to the chef's attention. It is literally 4 dollars for a bag of salad at the grocery store. They probably used less then a quarter of that in this container that they are trying to charge 20 dollars for. That isn't a premium that is just highway robbery. I don't mind paying a little extra on vacation, but it is a matter of getting what you pay for. Ridiculous. Just don't feel like ill be coming to Vegas to vacation. It is just overrated. So many other places to visit where you dont...
