Excellent service and food. We were pleasantly surprised after seeing other reviews at how wonderful the service was from our arrival through the end of our meal. We requested a change of table twice, due to the location of the (way too many) TV screens everywhere, and the staff was very accommodating.

Our server Luka was outstanding, providing thoughtful recommendations, as well as prompt and friendly service. He went over and above to get our beverages just how we wanted. For food, The charbroiled oysters were a standout- the best out of 3 different spots we’ve tried them in this trip. We also enjoyed the pesto pasta dish, which had a nice balance of fresh and spicy flavors. And the turkey club was good, too.

I didn’t love the blaring TVs everywhere theme. It seems like having the gigantic multiple screen spread over the bar would be plenty for those who are there to watch sports in a group setting. We asked to have the one at our table turned off, and Luka was able to get the volume off, but having the screen playing corny commercials the whole time felt invasive. I’m still going with 5 stars because the service was 10...

Got food poisoning from ordering an extra side of Ceasar dressing.

I'm staying at the hotel, and the hotel is amazing. However, this place is awful. We ate here on back to back nights.

Night 1: ordered pepperoni pizza, gumbo, char grilled oysters. The oysters were ok, but the gumbo and pizza had no flavor. The pizza sauce tasted like it was straight from a can with no seasoning.

Night 2: cheeseburger and Ceasars salad. The cheeseburger had a char flavor that tasted as if the grill was never cleaned, and the salad dressing gave me food poisoning. My wife and I shared the food and the only difference that night was I ordered extra dressing on the side. My wife ate all the same things I ate all night. By 11pm I threw up once, and had diaheria for the next 6 hours. I was in the restroom almost every 15 minutes. It got so bad I had to call maintenance to my room the unlog the toilet.

If food poisoning isn't enough, the service is terrible.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever experienced at any...

The food in this restaurant is amazing! Everything I tried from the gumbo, to the oysters to the sushi was good. The only thing that brings this place down to a 4 star was the service. The hostess that was there on 8/27 around 4:30pm was snotty and not welcoming. When we told her that we would prefer to be seated in a low top table instead of a high top table, she said she couldn’t cause we were a party of 2 and the low tops are for a party of 4. But the high top also was for a party of 4 and it didn’t make any sense especially that there were 3 low top tables available at the moment. When I asked her again, can we be seated in a low top because I really don’t enjoy sitting at high top especially when there’s availability- she said we can sit ourselves there if we want lol. I went twice both times the same hostess gave me the same energy. My first time the waiter was okay, second time the waitress was really nice. So it’s a hit or miss with the service, but both times the...

Stopped in a a quick lunch and the staff was very welcoming. The food was ok, nothing to rave about. I had the pull pork sandwich, prosciutto flat bread and the gumbo. The flatbread was kinda hard and served cold. Tasted like crackers with toppings. The standout out was the gumbo. It was the best thing I had here, packed with lots of seafood and had a depth of flavor. Service was a little slow but I may have been because they were understaffed that day. The restaurant is locked inside the Hyatt hotel.

Sushi was fresh and made to order. The veggie burger was tasty. There's something for everyone on the menu. Multiple monitors showed various sports. Power outlet and USB outlet at the table level... was perfect for charging my phone and portable power bank simultaneously. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Expect higher priced items on the menu based on the location inside of the hotel.
