7th Street Burger Kips Bay — Restaurant in New York

The only saving grace with this joint is the Burger. It melts in your mouth. I don't even understand how. These are some of the few people who know that you need to integrate actual ingredients into the beef to make a good burger.

But this place is hard to find. And they need to improve their fries, which are likely not fresh. Perhaps frozen before cooking.

The former, because there is an awning for a MEXICAN restaurant above the place. As much money as these folks are making, they need to stop insulting their customer base and actually try to at minimum get an awning so that folks who we refer the place to won't walk by it 12 times before finding it.

And the latter, you need to do better with the fries. It seems like they have been fried over and over. They are definitely edible, but please cut your own potatoes to rise to the level of your delicious burger. And consider fresh onion rings If you refuse to have a fresh fries.

So…I may or may not have been passing this place after a few cocktails. It somehow felt right to grab a burger and fries.

Wow, that was a sloppy delicious juicy burger to the point I said out loud to my wife “ this Big kahuna burger is a mighty tasty burger” (not the exact line but…cocktails were involved).

Regardless the burger is great. Fries are crispy (some people don’t like them like that (my wife) but I ate most of the bag so, tells you how I feel.

Not sure how well the meal would travel but walking down the street eating out of a bag…it’s amazing. I suggest getting cocktails too,...

My friend and I felt like having a cheeseburger and fries so she looked up on google maps and this shop popped up. I noticed it was a top rated place to get a cheeseburger so we decided to go there. Talk about a hidden gem in New York! We were so happy to discover this shop. Our cheeseburgers were sooo amazing! We both felt that this is what a good cheeseburger should be like.
