If heaven had a café, it would look (and smell) exactly like ARVACI on 33rd Street. This place is absolutely adorable—cozy, inviting, and the kind of spot that makes you want to cancel your plans and stay all day. I ordered a croissant, and let me tell you, it was life-changing. Buttery, perfectly flaky, and so delicious I briefly considered framing it instead of eating it. (Spoiler: I ate it. No regrets.) Paired with a cappuccino that was smooth, rich, and practically a hug in a cup, it was a breakfast I’ll be dreaming about for weeks. To top it off, the barista was incredibly friendly and helpful—exactly the kind of person you want making your morning coffee. Great vibes, amazing food, and the perfect start to any day. I’ll definitely be back.

Charming Café in the Heart of Manhattan I stumbled upon this cute little café during a walk in the city, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere is warm and inviting — cozy seating, soft background music, and friendly staff that make you feel welcome right away. The coffee was excellent — rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. They also offer a nice variety of fresh pastries that pair perfectly with your drink. I had a croissant that was buttery and flaky, just the way it should be. It’s a great place to take a break, read a book, or catch up with a friend. While it’s not the fanciest café in the city, it definitely has charm and a relaxing vibe. Overall, a lovely experience. I’d be happy to come back!

Ordered an oat milk latte because I am allergic to milk. Baristas insisted they gave me an oat milk latte, when it was clearly made with whole milk (thick cream, smelled like milk). Had to ask a second time and they offered to remake it. This time the cream was much less thick and tasted quite different. So the first one was definitely a whole milk latte. This is poor customer service to make a drink incorrectly and then brush off allergy concerns. Really disappointed since I was excited to become a regular at this cafe. Not sure if I will be coming back :(

A Mediocre Coffee Shop with Average Coffee and Exquisite Croissants

I recently visited a coffee shop that left me with mixed feelings. It was a rather unremarkable place, lacking any distinct character or standout features. While the coffee was decent, it failed to leave a lasting impression. However, I must admit that the croissants served at this coffee shop were absolutely delightful.

The coffee, though not exceptional, was passable. It lacked that special touch or unique flavor that sets a great cup of coffee apart. It was average at best, failing to captivate my taste buds or create a memorable experience.

On the other hand, the croissants served at this coffee shop were a true delight. They were prepared to perfection, with a flaky and buttery texture that simply melted in my mouth. The exquisite taste and quality of the croissants were the clear highlight of my visit.

Overall, while the coffee shop may not stand out among its competitors and lacks any noteworthy aspects, it does offer a saving grace in the form of its delectable croissants. If you happen to be in the area and crave a delightful pastry, this coffee shop might be worth a visit. However, if you're seeking a truly exceptional coffee experience, you may want to explore...
