Bagel Market — Restaurant in New York

Served a moldy bagel.. Took a few bites and had that awful taste in my mouth but I was walking so didn't take the whole bagel out to look at it. Once I realized there was something terribly wrong I saw that it was covered in mold. For someone that's eaten something with mold on it before you never forget that taste. I went back and they gave me my money back (offered something else but I was so turned off I could eat another bite) but before I left they made sure to tell me that they didn't think it was possible to be mold as they freeze the bagels (gluten free in my case) once they arrive to ensure they aren't in the heat. I reached out via Instagram to make sure that they were informed at least the owners are the higher-ups to make sure that someone within immunocompromised system would not get very ill. They responded with" Thank you for jetting us know. The staff informed our supplier already." So no apologies no accountability like it was the suppliers fault. Thanks guys! Stand up customer...

Huge disappointment. Staff is indifferent at best. One was outright rude. They are not helpful, not interested in anything but chatting with each other and doing nothing. The bagels are mediocre and there is a limited selection of bagel flavors. And…the hours…they close at 3pm. What?? We had looked forward to a new bagel place in the neighborhood but there is a much better place on 58th between 8th/9th (Broad Nosh) and, of course, Pick-a-Bagel on 8th and 52nd. Both have normal hours, friendly staff, and good bagels. If this place continues with their current disinterest in customers, I doubt that they will still be here a...

I've been coming here ever since the place opened. The customer service was well, although the bagels weren't the best. As this is a local bagel shop nearby my apartment, I had hope to of called it my go to spot. With that, I had given the place a couple of chances. However, these past few days however, has been by far the worst experiences. Continuously nasty attitudes from the employees, and honestly, I truly wouldn't justify spending such premium prices for food that taste beyond mediocre. You lost a customer. I was passing by this store and I was right they got a C grade and is hiding it on the side door....
