Black Burger — Restaurant in New York

After going to the gym I decided to eat a burger on the way back to the hotel room because why not? I had already worked off the calories.

I saw black burger and went in and was very surprised by the quality of the burger. The room itself is very small and only seats about 8 to 10 people total. it was a smaller Burger as far as burgers go so to be safe I ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon. It was just the right amount but a single Patty definitely would have been too small. The ingredients were fresh and although I'm not a big bread fan the bun was quality.

they do have their own brand of root beer which I regret not trying since I am a root beer loving person. They do not offer a restroom to the public so I was not able to review that. all in all I would say it was a good experience and would encourage you to stop by however if you're hungry order two burgers or the double cheeseburger. They were very generous with the fries but I thought the fries were a little overcooked and too crunchy. I'm more of a soggy french fry person.

Would I go back? Yes. What I order the fries again probably not.

Black Burger is phenomenal. Located along W.Broadway in Manhattan, just outside ChinaTown. This establishment has a great variety of burgers that are always prepared fresh as you order. No sitting pre wrapped under hot lights. There are a few seats outside for couples dining and some barstools with ledge type seating, so you can observe the city lights from inside or outside. As I said, the burgers come in a wide selection. I like the Ranch burger, it has ranch and avocado and bacon, along with lettuce, cheese. Each bite gives you some great flavor. There's also the Texas burger. With great barbecue flavor along with bacon and cheese. The service is great. They give you an inviting smile as you walk in. Ask if you want to stay in or go out and ask how you want your burger prepared. Some people prefer medium rare, I like mines well done. The ingredients are fresh and the bun is soft and the burger fits in your hand. The burgers are placed in a convenient container with the Black Burger logo. They also have fries and a variety of shakes. The price is good, considering the size of the burgers. They're about $10, but trust me, they're worth the price. Black burgers in Manhattan are big thick. Not plain small with artificial meat like well known prestigious fast food restaurants. They even ask you how you want your meat done. Medium or well done. You can customize your burgers, sort of. Tell them how you want your burgers 2b made. The price is to me fare because of the quality and taste of authenticy via texter of the burgers. The burgers with fries(the fries by the way or are not too crunchy or soft just right in taste and texture) with selected size drinks are @12 and up. I think I paid 14 in all for the drinks burger and fries. It might be steep to pay that amount but what the hay. I want quality over quantity. And the owners of the restaurant are genuine nice guys. They treat you with respect greet you as soon as you step in. The owner told me that they are expanding their business in certain places in the city. If everything goes well, they could be a big successful business and hopefully b a monopoly like McDonald's burger king or Wendy's. Man they deserve that title. Give them a shot.
