The Paalak Chaat, Jack Fruit Biryani, Lamb Sliders, and Moong Daal Halwa were the absolute highlights of the menu. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Bukhara Grill and Vicky Vij for our Sangeet, Wedding, and Reception. We cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, they made the catering experience seamless and memorable, and their food was the biggest highlight of our celebration.

They did a phenomenal job with every cuisine that we chose, Bombay-style street food, traditional Gujarati food, international food, and fusion dishes. They were able to provide helpful guidance from their years of catering experience. It was a perfect mix of suggestions and understanding our needs and desires for our vision for the entire weekend. Some of the crowd favorites were the live sugar cane juice station, pani puri, malai kofta, soya keema bao buns, jalapeño and cheese samosas, and dal makhani.

One of the things we appreciated most about working with Bukhara Grill was their willingness to tailor the menu to our preferences. They were happy to work with us on specific dietary restrictions (completely vegetarian, with some Jain individuals) and were open to adjusting items as needed. They even provided suggestions for pairings and courses that we hadn't thought of, helping us curate a menu that was both unique and satisfying for all of our guests while still maintaining the theme of each event.

Planning a wedding is stressful, but Bukhara Grill made the catering process easy and manageable. We recently hired Bukhara Grill, led by Vickiji, for our wedding, and the experience was truly flawless. Vickiji spent countless hours working with us and our families to curate a menu that catered to our guests’ dietary restrictions. With most of our guests coming from India and having high expectations for Indian cuisine, Bukhara Grill not only met those expectations but exceeded them. We received numerous compliments throughout the events, with guests raving about the food.

The spread was impeccable, looking as lavish as it tasted. Vickiji was actively involved during all the events, ensuring everything ran smoothly—it's rare to see an owner invest this much time and effort into delivering high-quality service.

Both the bride and her father have food allergies, and Vickiji accommodated almost all of their needs. He even created a separate Jain station, which was a hit with everyone. We are incredibly grateful for Vickiji and his team; no amount of praise can capture how amazing they were that weekend. We often joke that we wish we could have attended our own wedding just to enjoy the food!

Beyond providing an exceptional culinary experience, Vickiji partnered with ShareMyMeal, a charity that rescues leftover food for donation. This speaks volumes about his character and commitment to doing the right thing.
