So on this day, as you can see from the screenshot of my order and what time the order was ready for pick up. Now take a look at the video. It is 9:13pm and I’m still waiting for my food. I contacted Burger King customer service and I was not rewarded with an apology or a reimbursement. No customer should wait no more than five minutes after the pickup time was issued on the order but instead, I waited until 9:16pm to see how long it would take them

Update April 21, 2025. I placed an order at 9:32 PM while I was still in the subway when I got to Nassau Avenue and walked from Nassau Avenue and Manhattan Avenue to the location where my food was not prepared. I was there exactly at 9:50 he started to make my food then I asked him a question. He got passive-aggressive. He contests it. I showed him my identification and told him this was not procedure I placed that order and he tried to say I just placed an order when I clearly showed him the time on my phone when I placed an order that he refused to accept that he was wrong then gives me a bag full of food four minutes later That contain undercooked food and undercooked french fries that are still cold in the inside core of the fries, and in the nuggets just bad Said the homeless guy I see all the time in the McCarren Park. He banned from this location for past issues ⚠️

Came in to re-order a BK Royal Bacon and Swiss sandwich menu clearly showed the sandwich comes with lettuce and tomato and I had prev. Bought same order a wk before (but it had barbecue sauce) I liked the sandwich but I’d rather it without barbecue sauce the young lady proceeded to tell me it didn’t come with lettuce and tomato. I said ma’am I just ordered the same sandwich last wk it had L&T she said No I have to pay extra. So I paid extra. 30 cent. Fine. Picked up my order leaned over the counter and see the recipe to the sandwich hanging on the wall ..IT DOES comes with lettuce and tomato. Here’s the part that annoyed me… her co worker over heard our conversation and attempted SEVERAL times to let her know it did come with L&T she would not listen! She even pointed the recipe OUT to THE RECIPE TO THE LADY TAKING MY ORDER, That’s what made me think to look at the recipe. She just didn’t want to be wrong. I asked for a manager and she said the manager won’t be in for two days. I don’t care about the .30 cent or the L&T. Problem is the workers.. they do not pay attention and they are rude! If a new sandwich comes out and you don’t know how to make it ..how about pay attention to the recipes hanging on your wall!

Also ..when I originally ordered the sandwich the very 1st time the lady who was making my sandwich THIS time around got the order wrong when SHE was in the register! …Get...

This Burger King is inside the gas station convenience store area. It was early lunch time & the burgers were smelling freshly cooked & I got lucky. My Whopper was the best I've had in a long time. Hot, juicy, fresh toppings. It tasted like the BK I grew up on. Even the fries were hot & fresh. Only thing I didn't like was that self serve soda machine that anyone with a cup can help themselves to. Then after all of the touching of buttons & stuff, it wasn't even working & they had to give us can sodas. I prefer being served my drink with my order, that machine just seems...
