This was by far the best pizza I had during my stay in New York, it might even be one of the best non-traditional pizza's i've ever had. This place advertises itself as a famous spot and rightfully so, this is one of those spots that actually live up to the hype. The range of unique pizza's will make you insanely indecisive as you'd want to try everything, I ended up going for a normal pepperoni slice and a mac & cheese pizza so I could see if this place can do both traditional plus Detroit-style slices well. The pepperoni slice was insanely good, it was a good mix of crispy and floppy, however, the mac & cheese pizza exceeded all of my expectations. The mac & cheese did not make the pizza soggy (as I would have expected), it was extremely crispy till the very last bite and it had some sort of sauce on it that really added to the flavour. I also got to try a few bites of the buffalo chicken one and the mushroom one, these was just as crispy and just as good which really shocked me as all of these pizza's are reheated after you order. The only downfall was the service, it wasn't anything particularly special and the server didn't really give off a welcoming vibe which did make the atmosphere feel a bit off, however, this was something very minor so I would still 100% recommend coming here if you're ever in New York! I can't wait to come back soon to try more of...

I visited with my family, and we were really looking forward to trying this placeābut unfortunately, it was kind of a letdown.
We ordered the Sriracha Chicken Bowl expecting something similar to the photos on their menu: a proper bowl with rice, chicken, scallions, pickles, and sauceālike a Chipotle-style bowl. Instead, we received boneless fried chicken pieces next to medium-cut French fries, drenched in sauce. No rice, no scallions, no pickles. Just⦠surprise fries š
The woman working there was kind and refunded our separate fries order, which we appreciated. This didnāt seem like a staff issueāit feels like a marketing/menu issue that really needs updating.
Another thing that confused us: the wall of celebrity photos. None of them were taken at this locationāit looked more like the owner took selfies with celebs somewhere else and displayed them here. I literally paused at the Kevin Hart pic like⦠whatās he doing on Roosevelt Ave? š
Honestly, we left wishing we had just gone to the cute bakery nearby instead. Just sharing our experience so others know what to expect. Hoping the owners consider updating their menu images and descriptions so theyāre more in alignment with whatās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited this pizzeria and had a very disappointing experience. Initially, an employee offered me a discount because I work for AT&T, and he even encouraged me to share this offer with my coworkers. Excited about this, I spread the word.
However, when my coworkers went to the pizzeria, they were met with rudeness from two staff members who refused to honor the discount. This was frustrating and embarrassing for all of us.
When I returned to the pizzeria, not only did I not receive the promised discount, but I was also charged $12 for just two slices of pizza. This is an unreasonable price and completely unacceptable.
This inconsistency and poor customer service have left a very bad impression on me and my coworkers. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent other customers from having similar negative...
