Iām really not the type to post negative reviews, but I think with the type of service this location gives it warrants it so people are aware and it gets attention from Chipotle. There are these two Latina girls that work the night shift and they always seem so miserable, very unpleasant customer service. It seems like Whenever they work the line the kitchen stops cooking early. Like I was there at 9:30pm today and the fajitas and lettuce were gone and they refused to refill it. But the location closes at 11pm..I asked them if they were going to refill, they said no, so I left and got food somewhere else. Yesterday they cut off online ordering early they said they close online ordering at 10:40 but I was ordering at 10:30 and the app wouldnāt let me order at this location. Many other negative experiences Iāve encountered at this location when those two girls are on the clock. I get great service when other employees are working the night shift though. The trays are always filled and they seem much happier. I come here about 3-4 times a week. Chipotle should do something about their customer service here. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI started ordering from this place when they opened and it was great... felt like they really took care of takeout orders without skipming or cheating on the portions.. but recently, I've normally order off uber eats or the flagship website.. the same order almost everytime and each time the meat that they're giving gets smaller and smaller to the point where my last order just had shreds of chicken.. I asked for light lettuce and the whole top of the bowl was a layer of lettuce and everything underneath it was so skimped out..
I can usually split the bowl in 2 to eat again the next day but recently they've been giving me less rice, less meat... lotsa beans and veggies like they have a purpose of cheating the bowl with cheaper ingredients.. if i wanted a salad, i would have asked for it..
no clear understanding of order instructions at this location.. ask for a light amount.. seems like they just give more to fill.. if you want to pay for extra meat, i'd be afraid they'd just give it to you lighter...

Just because itās the last day of the year Iām not going to write her name but I really think staff should be trained on how to interact with customers. She plated the food like someone was forcing her to do it and her attitude was really bad. Even though there was nobody behind us when we sat in line she was rushing us to order and piled up the food like it was garbage. She barely put any meat inside and for my plate she grabbed a handful of salad and throw it in after she put the guacamole Iām guessing because she couldnāt wait for her coworker to finish with the customer in front of us.We love chipotle but this place unfortunately left a bad...
