Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

very DISAPPOINTED with this Dunkin. I simply wanted a Large Black ICE coffee with crushed ICE!!!! Guess who just lost my $225.00 a MONTH!!!!!! in addition to my friend who rides with me so over $450.00 a month. and now I will advise another friend and she also buys once a day. The manager will not feel it in her pocket but the owner and franchise will!!!! So I've been a long time customer who rides with a friend every morning and evening to buy our coffees. I recently discovered that I love my Ice CRUSHED in my coffee!!!!

But Karen the Manger told her employees that they cannot crush my ice. I wasadvised that if I want crushed ice i should get the frozen coffee. That is 700 calories which I DONT want or NEED! The new crew and new management SUCKS! the drive-thru service have extremely long wait times ,I waited 20-30 minutes everyday and decided to go other coffee shop from last week. Been talking to dunkin HQ, but never heard from the store management at all. There are one lady not wearing proper uniform, no hat and sometimes no mask. unhygienic at all . May be i should contact health department. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I specifically requested no egg on my sandwich, and yet there was egg on it. This is not just a matter of inconvenience—what if I had an allergy? Mistakes like this can be dangerous for customers.

To the manager: Please ensure your employees are trained to pay closer attention to orders. It’s critical they understand the importance of accuracy, especially since allergies can have life-threatening consequences.
