I've had their food in the past many times and it's been good however the terrible customer service I've experienced ordering delivery from them has convinced me to never go back. I included my phone number and delivery instructions clearly in the notes, and the driver still managed to go to TWO incorrect addresses. After the person who answered their restaurant's phone told me to go downstairs and wait for him, I did, and waited more than 15 minutes in the cold. This guy still never showed up. After being on hold for 10 minutes, they hung up on me. I canceled my order on the app after almost two hours since I ordered and almost an hour and a half since I received an "out for delivery" notification. The same person from the restaurant then had the nerve to call me and ask why I canceled and that they expected me to be outside to flag down their delivery guy. Mind you, I have a gigantic 5'x8' mat outside my lobby door with the address on it, pretty impossible to miss. I explained to the man that I was waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes without seeing the driver, and why would I continue waiting? On top of that, I ask why he would expect me to pay full price for cold soggy food thats been in transit for over an hour and a half? The guy told me "if you knew how restaurants can get them you'd know it's busy and an easy mistake." I told him I worked in restaurants and generally if I was calling a customer in my current situation I wouldn't be asking why they canceled after an hour and a half and instead offer them the food for free and apologize profusely. He said sorry, he'll let the manager know, then hung up. Extremely aloof and disrespectful, especially to a repeat customer. If the manager ever reaches out and makes this right I'll update this review. Until then I am never returning or reccomending this place to anyone.

UPDATE: The manager Henry gave me a call and was very nice and apologized for what had happened and seemed quite genuine. They are a good restaurant and I will be going back, as I'm confident the situation will not be repeated and was probably a fluke. The restaurant made it right and I updated this review due to this...

I ordered from this place and never received the order. The delivery person delivered to someone other than me. I was forced to sit on the phone for over 40 minutes as the manager called and interrogated the delivery man. I was told that we had the food when we most obviously did not. Then they told me they would refund me and they did not. I called 2 other times and again was told they would refund me and they did not. Each time I spoke with them they repeated the fact that their delivery person 'delivered' the food as if somehow delivering it to someone other than me, who paid for and ordered the food, meant that I should pay for the food. Did they not believe me? Did they just think that if it was delivered to anyone that this was my responsibility? I can't answer but it seemed that this argument regarding having delivered it SOMEWHERE meant that I was responsible even though the food NEVER CAME TO ME and my family. I might also mention that we therefore did not have food that night and didn't realize this till about 945 pm. Ultimately, I had to get seamless who was the delivery service to refund me because Deli Kasbah obviously was unwilling to do so. This is INFURIATING as the bill was high and they refused to take responsibility for not properly delivering it and then CHARGED ME AND REFUSED TO CREDIT IT BACK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. It is not the responsibility of the ordering person to pay if you do not deliver your product. Why this is even an issue at all...

I was pretty disappointed with this place. While some of the food was ok other parts of the meal where really not great. With all these great restaurants even kosher available within the city I probably would now not come back here.

I will say I don't go to kosher restaurants too often but parents where in town and they only eat kosher so we hit up different spots. I was super excited for this place with it's positive comments.

So what was good: The hummos, pita, turkey shnitzal and fries.

So what was bad: short rib, sweet potato, green beans (cold), chicken shish.

The service here was alright. When asking what the best sellers where our waiter just read off the entire menu, not really helping with the decision making.

The restaurant it's self is a bit boring inside with not much character I'm sorry to say. It needs a bit of life added back in. Plus the TV's showing whatever was on didn't enhance my expirience, personally I think it took away from it. But each to there own on this one.

All in all some of the food was ok but there are to many better options that I just can't give this...

The food was phenomenal! Especially the appetizer! We got babaghanoush with 2 cigars and 2 pitas, and it was mind blowing. The seasoning of the babaghanoush was just perfect. The beef cigars and pitas were also extremely delicious. The outside of the cigars were almost like pastry, a little flaky and mildly crispy. The pita bread was simply excellent. It was freshly baked and steaming hot. The burger was also very delicious, but a bit salty to my taste. The classic rib-eye steak was also well cooked. The meat was very tender and juicy. The grilled vegetables were okay. Good thing the fries were great, too! The service was also very nice. Very laid back and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience. Can’t wait to come back again!!

We made a reservation for Thursday, February 16 for 13 people to celebrate an engagement. We were very surprised to all show up to Kasbah Grill to be CLOSED. We were not the only people who had shown up with a reservation. They did not call us or email us to tell us they would not be opened. Needless to say we will never be returning to this restaurant as they let us make a reservation and then did not even have the decency to tell us that they would be closed. We are very disappointed at the lack of service or respect afforded to us when we made reservations for a post engagement dinner with the entire family.
