LENWICH — Restaurant in New York

The food wound up giving me and my friends a stomach ache, just a few hours after meaning the ingredients was not fresh, the barbecue sauce was terrible and barely put any in the sandwich in the first place, the onions was not cooked thoroughly and not caramelized. Side note had issues with the bathroom door not locking properly in which i had someone walk in while i was briefly using it. That needs to be fixed. Two girls there on June 21st btwn 4:00pm and 5:00pm (says their names are Anna and Julissa) really should be re-evaluated. They’re unpleasant over the phone. And have a very bad attitude in person. It’s constant eye rolling and huffing and puffing. And one girl actually tried to move my bag out the way to rush me away. This was as I was putting my receipt in the bag. There seems to be a long wait every time I go to Lenwich. Even if the place is pretty empty, there will be two guys preparing food and four women at the register standing around. Overall it's good food but I need to factor in how much time I have to spare on my break. I once thought I would be clever by ordering online before walking over but my order didn't go through.
