JACX&CO Food Hall — Restaurant in New York

If you have one thing in this place make it BOB WHITES. I've worked in the building since 2019 and have tried most spots here once. Since Bob White came into the court I've eaten here 4 out of 5 days of the week! I usually regret that missed day. Their chicken is fried to perfection, delicious but not heavy. The Buffalo sauce tastes like it belongs on a $100 lobster, its like 50% butter. The Bob White sauce is liquid crack, I swear it's made with some sort of candy. Both of these sauces go phenomenal with their crispy fries. I went on vacation and counted the days till I could come back to work just to have Bobby's. I've had every item on the menu even the healthier ones. I normally hate a vinaigrette sauce but the citrus vinaigrette on the quinoa kale wrap has officially changed that stance. I've never ordered a Ceasar wrap in my life but had to give it a shot and crunchiness of the croutons and lettuce goes great with their chicken. All the ingredients are super fresh and the staff keeps their space very clean (I repair all the equipment in the building I would know). Here’s an update. JACX is now using disposal plates & bowls. What a disappointment. Lotus & Cleever portions are now substantially smaller while prices have risen. The way they serve the congee bowl now is so unappetizing. Everything is just piled together. When ordering they ask for a tip and I had fully expected this to go to the server who brings the food to the table which used to a service they provide. Now you pick up your own food like a regular food court. While I don’t mind picking up my own food, they should not expect a 20% tip for that.

Original review: Love this place. Clean, airy, great good and service. It has the variety of a food court without all the lines. Order via the QR code and have the food delivered to your table.

I got the congee bowl from Lotus & Cleaver. Congee is a traditional comfort food so I love how they incorporated fusion elements with traditional flavors. This bowl adds texture to a congee with ramen toppings and congee condiments. The result is a comfort food with a twist. Will definitely be back to try...

Very cute food hall. There is a bar (with bar seating) and various food booths (with a sushi bar on the top floor). There is plenty of seating as well. I ordered the following: Temakase: sushi box (took forever for them to make, the rolls themself were also very small and mostly rice - not much filling) - would probably not order again MEXology: street corn and fried mahi mahi grain bowl (would come back just to get the fried mahi mahi grain bowl again - it was delicious and filling - the fish was also cooked perfectly!)

It was nice to be able to try a variety of dishes. The ordering system they have is quite convenient as well. You have the option of ordering straight from the food stand, or sitting at a table, ordering via QR code and having them bring your food straight to the table.
