Been ordering from this restaurant 4 times a week for a year now. As busy as it gets, I placed an order on Uber eats to be picked up . Iāve been using Uber eats for a long time whenever I place orders to be picked up by me or delivery by a courier. I placed an order using Uber eats for pick up. Itās was very crowded but I got someoneās attention and I let them know I ordered with Uber eats. He asked me for the app and I was confused because usually when I order, I am being asked for my name only. I showed him the receipt on the app but then he continued to ask aggressively show me the app show me the app while tending to other people and people going in front of me. Mind you I have a baby in a stroller and Iām just trying to get my order and leave. I pulled up the Uber app and I showed him hoping he would navigate me where to go but didnāt. Other than the receipt and my government ID I wasnāt sure what else he was asking for Instead he grew increasingly impatient and just shooed me off and was like here just take it. I wasnāt going to be treated like that when someone who is Hispanic can just walk in and be handed their order no problem. I went off on him and he just kept telling me he needs to see the app to put the order in the computer and Iām like how can you? It already says completed. Only thing I can do is show you my ID and receipt . I deserved to be treated the same as everyone else who places an order. To add to this, someone else ordered online behind me and was given her food right away quick. Why wasnāt I given the same? I am going to call Uber eats and let them know what else am I required to provide the merchant with when picking up my order other than the name, ID, and receipt. Absolutely terrible experience. Also these employees have a habit of getting drunk on the job after 1 pm and canāt take my order properly so I rely on Uber eats because their speech is so slurred I donāt understand what theyāre saying over the phone. This guy had to have been drunk to not understand giving me my online order after giving my name. Itās like they require an SSN...

Many times I have placed pick up orders and when I went to go pick it up, they told me oh we didnāt know if you want it(never put my food in)Why would I place a pick up order if I didnāt want it but because their food is so good I always give them the benefit of the doubt so today I was sick and I was like I want soup and they do have good soup so I ordered soup through Grubhub and when I go there 30 minutes after they marked it for pick up. As I get there, there is an older gentleman heās on his phone not even paying me mind. I said excuse me can I get my food please and I showed him my phone That said my name and my account and everything he said no Iām not giving you food because the money didnāt go through. I said you need to contact Grubhub. He said he would rather me cancel the order then give me the food he stated heās ānot giving away free foodā I said, sir I paid. They already took the money off my card. I showed him my card statement and the GrubHub thatās says the restaurants name. Food is good but the service here since 2019 has been horrible every time I go. But hey if the manager acts like that what should I expect....
