NCW UPDATE Recently, I gave NCW a bad review... Because they were not serving “fried rice” although they were charging us all for fried rice. Instead, we were being served plain yellow rice. [I guess NCW took notice] Since my negative review, the rice is much better. Even my 81yr old mom loves the change in the rice. It's boiled like usual, now it's also fried 😋 with Chinese vegetables. (Thank you. Now 4 stars) We do appreciate and love our neighborhood “chinos” Chinese Restaurants... I am providing this update with respect to the rice and a better more authentic Chinese style of rice is newly available and delicious! I'm sure if they took NOTICE of my review regarding the food then NCW surely made every effort to adhere to the old ways of cooking than the express, cutting corners modern style. Edit: Changing to 3 stars. Food finally came, thankfully still warm. Food is as expected, seems like the woman at the front desk has no idea whats going on with online orders. Definitely room for improvement in the order process. To others... if you order online, call to ensure they get it. To the owner, train your staff and update your website so it doesn't say you are closed 7 days a week.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered through the online portal. Received verification. Called them an hour later to see when it was being delivered. Then was told that they had no online order system and the "owner" would call. Owner called me and hung up. Will absolutely NEVER use this place again. Worst service ever. Ever since new set up they are horrible. They mess up the order and when you try to get to fix they take forever. They have like a hundred managers. Every time you call to fix your issue it a new manager. Terrible service. The delivery guy never has change. So he always rounds up then asks if you giving a tip. Order be 20.10 he comes to your door like it’s 21.00. Made a 100$ order they messed up and now I’m waiting over 30 min to fix and they say the delivery guys has other orders. I should come first. Truly trash service. Never will they ever see a penny...
