I don’t typically leave reviews but the barista I experienced was extremely rude. I work in hospitality, so I understand people can be tiring but this was BAD.
I asked to use the bathroom and he said it was for customers only. I assured him that I’d buy something after because this was an emergency, to which he rolled his eyes and said “Yeah you better.”
When I went to order a coffee, he just stared at me waiting at the register before coming to help me and then stared at me again without saying a word until I said my order. I tried to be polite and tipped, but he just rolled his eyes at me when he handed me my drink.

Read moreHad a mildly unfortunate experience. A friend and I finished our bike ride here, he went in while I watched the bikes and bought us 2 coffees 4 tacos and some baked goods to split.
When he came out, I went in to use the restroom which I was told I couldn't use because I wasn't a customer. I let the person know I am with my friend who just bought us our stuff but was told the restroom is for customers only. Don't understand why I wasn't considered a customer. If a couple comes, is only the one who pays a customer? Very strange and unfriendly policy.

Jeremiah and Regina are awesome people who just happen to be offering some of the greatest coffee and it’s products in NYC. If you knew me personally you would know that it’s not easy to win me over with coffee. Besides the fact that they are nice people they got me with a killer latte.
