PASTAZONE SUNSET PARK — Restaurant in New York

I ordered from Doordash and could not figure out how to leave a review on the app so here I am, the meal I ordered was so bad that I had to hop on my computer just to really get into how bad that meal was, it was almost offensive. Like it's been 6 hours and I'm still regretting the money I spent at this place, especially in this economy!

I ordered the chicken parm, it was horrible flat piece of chicken, almost like cardboard, the noodles cold and disgusting and not what I asked for at all and the sauce and cheese just heated up and dumped all over the plate. Tasted disgusting and I didn't even get a refund from Doordash, had to throw it in the garbage.

I do not recommend and I never leave reviews but they need to get it together and stop playing with people's hard earned money, maybe try your own food restaurant owner if this review...

Was in the mood to try a new restaurant and wanted Italian so I ended up ordering with Pasta Zone via Seamless. The delivery presentation was decent, some of the sauce from the pasta was on the bag that it was covered with. They read the notes and included utensils.

On to the food, it was decent. The pasta portion could be a little more. The sauce was good! I actually didn’t even need to put cheese on it and I’m a total cheese lover. The chicken parmigiana was decent, it wasn’t bad but it didn’t pop out at me at all. There was some burned areas as well.
