Pizza Shack — Restaurant in New York

The pizza was good, but not if I set my reference to any other pizza place I tried in New York. By that standard the pizza was subpar at best. The staff was also a bit difficult to deal with. When I was paying in cash, they added the electronic payment addition of some % (I forget exactly) which I let them know I was paying in cash. They kept saying I know and that the electronic payment add-on was not being applied, but it was clearly there on the screen. After a minute of back and forth I just gave up as it was not much extra. Then when I got my change back the person gave me extra to make up for the additional charge of the electronic payment. Which well I did very much appreciate, why not just say that was what you were going to do instead of us having to go back and forth about whether it was or was not added to the cost of the order. Could have saved us both...

This is probably one of the worst pizza spot in the neighborhood. Anyone who says otherwise, doesn’t know good pizza at all. You’re better off going to the supermarket and buying ellio's frozen pizza for a cheaper price since they taste the same. The service is great though! Friendly people and good vibes! I just wish the owner would actually buy higher quality products. The cheese tastes like plastic and the sauce… the sauce the blandest thing I ever tasted! It’s just there to give you acid in your stomach. There’s so much potential for this place but like most places in manhattan— it’s profit over quality. If you need a real Italian to show you how it’s done, let me know but my services will come at cost. Hell I even make the sauce for you!

I recently discovered an amazing pizza place that has quickly become my go-to spot! I asked for my pizza to be extra crispy, and they nailed it perfectly crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

But it doesn’t stop at the pizza! They also serve ice cream and the most phenomenal Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshakes I've ever had, truly out of this world. The combination of great food, welcoming people, and irresistible treats has made this place an instant favorite. Highly recommend...
