Rose Marie — Restaurant in New York

Overall thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! It was a really busy night so we walked in and sat at the bar. Can’t remember the bartender’s name, but he was such a fun person to chat with. Also really kind. There was one drink with gin that I didn’t end up liking and he switched it for the passionfruit spritz (10/10 drink).

My friend got the patty melt, which was solid dish for $18. The star of the night was 100% the flounder perfectly fried and the sauce was everything.

Wow, this place was incredible. I went by myself for dinner and I was blown away not only by the food but by the warm service. Each staff member was wonderful - attentive, engaging, kind, and genuine. I work in hospitality and it’s not easy to find good service in nyc . . . they made my night. The Castlefranco salad was superb, I would highly recommend it. The crispy potatoes were also delicious and the frozen espresso martini was the perfect sweet treat to end. What an amazing new restaurant!! Highly recommend!! We are big fans of their sister restaurant, Yellow Rose, and we were very excited to try Rose Marie. The food was excellent (crispy potatoes, patty melt, and pork chop were some of our favorites), and the service was warm and attentive.
