Soha Gourmet Market — Restaurant in New York

I placed an order, one item being tres leches cake, they gave me the wrong one, a kind I dont like. I thought it didnt look like tres leches and maybe just had different presentation, I tried a bite and it was titanium. I dont like coffee or tiramisu. I called and they said they were out of it so just gave me a random one. No. You're supposed to call and let me know youre out of it and see what substitutions I would like. The lady was so rude and didnt care. The food quality is awful. There was something floating in my tea. 🤢 and the salad was soggy and smelled weird. Dont go here! I normally come to this deli everyday besides being really expensive and some of the staff being really rude and not welcoming they are an ok spot. Tonightt the cook had a chip on his shoulder and purposely screwed up my food either that or he just doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and he purposely made it wrong twice and I had to tell her how to do it. He also took so very long to get other customers before me to finish my order I will never go back to this deli again because their staff let their bitter problems getting the way...
