Food is fine. Service takes some time - I patronize at least 2x/weekly. I noticed when payment is made in cash, one pays the amount on the register. if a card is used, a higher amount sometimes much higher is charged (my bill was $30 yet they tried to get $39 as shown on the credit card reader). There has been a time or two when they requested a price from the credit machine when cash was paid too. There is no sign anywhere that one pays more when paying when using a debit or credit card. There should be a sign somewhere about how they determine the increases to the bill. When I questioned the difference before, I was told it was taxes. HMM. They go to the wall to look up something to input into card reader machine as the price to pay. How can a customer be sure of what that price SHOULD be?

i was given the wrong food and overcharged for dry hard bread that hurt my mouth to eat. i don’t know what happened, i just wanted to come for a quick bite — one guy was friendly and i asked for a pepperoni roll, the small pinwheel one — he put it in the oven. then a different guy charged me $9 for the food. i was in a rush and asked for my order to go, i didn’t realize until i started eating later they didn’t even give me the right food

i can’t explain how confused i am, this was supposed to be a simple bite of food. just a weird experience

I ordered a meat lover pie last night, along with 2 meatball pizza rolls and 2 cannol. Of everything, the cannoli were delicious. The pizza and pizza rolls not so much. It's obvious they haven't cleaned their oven in awhile. Everything was nasty-burnt. The pizza tasted like it was an old pizza they had sitting around and simply threw toppings on because not only was the bottom of the crust burnt badly, the bread was rubbery and inedible. Had to scrape the toppings off - at least they were good and edible. The meatballs were excellent. It's a shame the dough was burnt. I won't order...
