Regrettably, I encountered a profoundly unpleasant experience today. Upon entering the establishment, I placed my second order for a croissant. After approximately ten minutes, I was still awaiting its delivery. I observed the individual with whom I had placed my order engaged in conversation and laughter with a coworker and given orders but mine. Despite the passage of time, I continued to wait. After the tenth minute, I inquired about the status of my order. It is worth noting that I had witnessed numerous orders being fulfilled for customers who placed their orders after mine. I approached the worker and inquired about the whereabouts of my croissant, which had been over ten minutes in transit. He was holding the croissant over his station, and his coworker approached me, stating that it was cold again. In response, I requested a refund. She complied with my request, and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service provided by her coworker. She responded by stating, “you got a refund, what else do you want? I didn't get her name, but it's sat morning 945am 9/6/25 First time I discovered how difficult it is to order something if you dont know the exact name of a frozen drink. After ordering I asked for the code to the bathroom. The girl tells me 91023. I put the code in multiple times in 2 different doors and it wouldn't open. I tell the girl that the code isn't working. She looks at where it is written down by her register an again with a condescending tone 91023. I tell her, no it's not working. She gives me this look of oh well and ignores me. At this time my drink is being served by her coworker. I go to pick it up and asked him what the code was. Without thinking he replied 90123. I could understand if she got the code wrong, but she looked directly at where it was written down, multiple times and still gave me the wrong number on purpose. Maybe if I wasn't Caucasian, she would have gave me the correct number the...

They don’t really give up receipts so you don’t see it until they call your name. Please stop wasting customers time and...
