I have never been treated so rudely as I was today when I went to this location. My wife and I frequently come here to get our favorite drinks using the mobile order app. We waited patiently for 20 minutes because they were busy and figured they were just backed up, normally it's only about a 5 minute wait. I went up to the counter to politely ask if their mobile order was working because it has gone out in the past. The lady at the register checked their tickets to see where it was and the barista turned to me and asked if I had put the order in the correct store. I had checked before I came up to the counter and confirmed, so I told her that I did have the right store without looking again. She then rolled her eyes at me and shook her head. Finally, the lady at the register had to look it up in the system, confirmed the order with me, and then print the tickets to be made. They made our order and as we were leaving, one of the ladies called out to us to "Have a nice day" in the rudest most condescending tone I have ever had to my face. I called later to complain and spoke with Madison. She informed me that she was the barista that had been there. She never apologized for her or her team's actions or did anything to make it better. This incident aside, they also typically make our drinks wrong. But we usually leave it be, and I'm glad we have after this experience. We will never be going back to this...

Every time I’ve ever been to this Starbucks it has been an amazing experience but this time was nothing but unsatisfactory for me. First of all my drink was made wrong but like I said I’m not one to complain about stuff I’d rather just avoid conflict. Secondly my card was charged $5 more then it was supposed to be charged. My total was $7.40 I have my receipt the prove this. But my card was charged $12.40 also have proof of this. When I called the store it’s self they said that there wasn’t anything they could do personally which I understand but the very nice guy gave me a number that I could call and they should be able to help me out but when I call the lady on the phone told me there was nothing she could do for me cause it wasn’t a Starbucks card and said the store can refund me the difference but the guy had already said he couldn’t help me and I told her that but she instead of actually helping me just told me to dispute the charge with my bank which would cost me way more money just to get five dollars back! My whole issue is she was rude and told me she couldn’t help me even though she was a help line. Read moreI’ve been going to this location since it opened. In that time I’ve gotten to know almost all of the staff and will go out of my way to go to this location (even when others are closer). They are all extremely friendly, nice and professional. It’s (very) rare that my order isn’t correct, but any issue I’ve ever had has always been handled so well. I go in, mobile order and use the drive through, I’ve never experienced a long wait that wasn’t due to how busy they are. Even during rushes they get orders out quickly and with a smile. It’s definitely more than just a quick coffee place for me, I love the atmosphere, the quality of service is unmatched and everyone there is so amazing. They notice the little things (like your favorite drinks, when you’re having a bad day, etc) and make you feel like a valued customer.
