Firehouse Subs West Montague — Restaurant in North Charleston

Well I went in this afternoon to get the deal on the subs today whoever name starts with a A I came in with my daughter and another child I have from her mom I explain everything on the phone I was told yes to what I can bring in the paperwork with there name on the lady said yes so when I get there I was told no by a short white women the kids were so excited just to be let down how humiliating that was in front of so many people plus I was ordering for 5 more people so they just lost a customer and money I’ve never been more humiliated in my life and my kids were crying in the car we were on our way to the park middle school don’t give out school ID never go back again the women cashiering is the same sweet women I spoke with on the phone she such a sweet women but short white rude and was loud for everyone to look at me All Eyes on me huh firehouse needs to find a different manager or I’m not sure if she was one she just outcasted me and the kids and everyone was looking at me I’ve never been more upset than I have been today thanks for ruining a fun day...

Franchise Owner Russell was very classless and rude when I came in to pickup my order today. When I came in to pickup my order I placed via the app I was told it was already picked up by a delivery driver. I advised them that was incorrect because I opted for in store pickup as I did not order through a delivery partner I ordered through the app. The owner Russell refused to honor my order even after showing him my confirmation email. He continued asking for further proof instead of admitting he messed up. Even after I confirmed the last 4 of the card, he offered no apology. He should not be in a position of power with that type of character and behavior. I will never frequent this...

Food was ok compared to other locations nearby. It wasn’t hot and the meatballs tasted old. It took them forever to make 4 sandwiches, 2 being kids meals and they weren’t slammed. It felt like the young lady taking orders could care less about doing her job or she was high. We had to repeat our order several times to the point where one of the other people making sandwiches came over to help her because she was not getting it. I would use her name, but she had her name tag flipped backwards and one of her arms shoved inside her apron. We eat at other firehouse subs on a very regular basis and we will be skipping this location from...
