Jimmy John's — Restaurant in North Charleston

Horrible sandwiches lately. So disappointed. The new manager is worthless and rude. I have been a loyal customer of this location but ever since they changed management it had gone downhill. This was the last time. I have been patient and understanding but I also have been paying. Today was the last purchase until you get new management and I will also refuse to pick up any future customer orders that order through this location. Please return the Jimmy John's I used to love! This new management is absolutely worthless. A mistake was made again and he was more interested in blaming others and offered no compensation for inconvenience and being that I was a repetitive problem, horrible made subs! I had to drive back there in rush hour stuck in traffic and all to hear him say I'm sorry but it wasnt my fault it was his.. ridiculous! So I gave you guys and him another chance.. and I ordered the hunters club with extra jimmy peppers, extra cheese (mind you it already says it comes with double the cheese...this is what I got .. 1 freaking sllice!! Again I have to go back or rake the loss and no compensation.. just so tired of this. If you don't want my business then...

I recently had my first experience at Jimmy John's, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The staff at the restaurant were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service.

From the moment I entered the establishment, I felt unwelcome. The staff members seemed more focused on their personal conversations than assisting customers. When I approached the counter to place my order, I was met with indifference and a lack of enthusiasm. It was evident that they were not interested in making my experience a pleasant one.

Furthermore, when I asked for recommendations or clarification on the menu items, the staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by my inquiries. Their lack of knowledge about the menu was evident, and it left me feeling frustrated and unsure about what to order.

Overall, my first experience at Jimmy John's was far from satisfactory. The unhelpful and indifferent staff made the entire visit unpleasant. I had high hopes for trying out their menu, but unfortunately, the lack of customer service and attention to detail left a lasting negative impression. I will not be returning to Jimmy John's...

I gave this location a 3 star based on overall experiences. Typically, we have a very good experience but if I had rated it just off of today it would have had a 1 star. We ordered a pick up order and it was ready quickly. However 2 of the sandwiches were unfortunately incorrect. One that was ordered was missing tomato, cucumbers and avacado (it was a #12 so it comes with those items as a standard) and then another item came with cheese on it (a #4 so it doesn't come with cheese unless asked). Normally we would just shrug and move on but unfortunately I ordered the number 4 and I am breastfeeding an infant with an allergy to dairy. I didn't realize the mistake until after eating over half of it and now my baby is sick. We called to report the incident and were told "Uh sorry" and they hung up. We will likely not be returning in the near future which is unfortunate because we really love Jimmy John's. For those with allergies be sure to triple check...
