I went through the drive through today to get lunch for myself and two coworkers. We ordered and paid for 8 extra sauces on top of what already comes with each meal. When I placed my order, everything was repeated back to me correctly including the sauces. When I got to the window, she assured me that all my extra sauces were in there. I had three drinks and the bag of food to handle and make sure nothing spilled, so i took her word for it because I figured that a place that makes you pay for every additional sauce will actually assure they are in there before handing it to the customer. Well, they were not in there. We were missing 5 of the 8 sauces we paid for. Granted, at 25 cents each, it is not breaking the bank. But we were all shorted some sauces and Iām sorry, but when you have your heart set on your favorite dipping sauces, it can turn you into a bit of a drama queen about it. I called them and let them know what happened and asked if they could refund the card for the sauces we didnāt get because we shouldnāt have to pay for something we didnāt get. She said I could come back around, but I explained that my work is over 10 minutes away and I was already back at work when I noticed. We are trying to eat our food warm, my lunch break is almost over, and it would cost me way more in gas to get back there than the actual cost of 5 sauces. I was not rude or irate in any way, yet she slammed the phone down and hung up on me!! That is terrible customer service!! I will not be returning to...

Ah, Zaxby's... You were supposed to be my end-of-day hero, but instead, you left me wondering why I ever left the house. Maybe I was too hopeful, imagining a fried chicken masterpiece, but reality hit harder than a Buffalo wing at full spice level.
The food? Well, it's hot... and itās food. Is it tasty? Letās just say, I wonāt be writing home about it. Itās the kind of meal where halfway through, youāre already asking yourself, āWhy am I doing this to myself?ā You know, that moment when you realize fast food might be quick, but the regret sticks around longer than the flavor.
Now, the service. Ah, yes, the cherry on topāor should I say, the missing items in my bag? Granted, I strolled in 10 minutes before closing, but you'd think I asked them to cater my wedding. They forgot half the order, and by the time I noticed, the doors were locked, and the staff was probably halfway home. So, here I am with a partial meal and a full sense of regret. Classic.
Prices? Standard fast-food fare. Taste? Meh. Would I come back? Letās just say I wonāt be racing to the drive-thru any time soon.
In the end, Zaxbyās, you were... fine. But that service? Yeah, thatās whatās going to keep me telling my future self: āDonāt do it again, man. You...
