Ordered the spicy soy chicken bites and 10 dumplings.
Service was fantastic, friendly and simple to order. The kitchen was clean and incredibly organized.
After walking back to the hotel about 10 minutes away, everything was still crunchy, which was a great sign.
Unfortunately, the chicken was a little too overdone, which resulted in a nice crunch followed by a few too many chews.
The dumplings were fine, even if they were on the smaller side. The sauce reminded me of a thinned-down version of a sweet and sour sauce, which wasn't my ideal flavor paring, but if you like sweet and sour, you're going to like this.
Overall, I'll be back again to try some other dishes, but I don't think the bites will be...

The only downside was that they charge extra for toppings like spicy mayo or ketchup, which I’ve never experienced at other Korean corndog spots. Still, the quality and flavor made up for it.

Read moreI've been going to Crunchik'n since they've been on 14th street and they used to be amazing but sadly they've fallen hard in terms of quality. Prices have risen drastically and the quality of the popcorn chicken has decreased severely. It seems that they've started to focus more and more on gimmicky stuff and less on the quality of their food. I hope they can figure out what is going on because Crunchik'n used to be our go to spot down the shore. There aren't much better options on the boardwalk for non-American food so I can't blame people for continuing to eat here. I just hope they can go return to their former glory...
