My first review was deleted so im reposting
If your looking for wings and beer this is probably a good place for that but other than that it totally sucks!
I was here with my family on a Sunday evening it wasnt too busy but the food still took a long time. When we finally got our food it wasnt worth the wait at all. I had charbroiled chicken pizza it was super tiny and served on a even tinier plate. The pizza was not even hot soft crust and tasted like it had been just thrown into a microwave and there was a huge hair in my drink. Two people at my table got wings and one of the plates had tons of bits of batter on it like we had gotten the bottom of the fryer basket chicken and same thing with the fries all small, not very hot. I felt like we got the bottom of the bag on that too. The server was nice and checked on us frequently although she seemed kinda quiet and shy. She was great with refills but didnt even prebus a single item from our table which is a huge turn off making it hard to sign the credit card receipt when it isnt even presented in a booklet or clipboard. Part of your jobs is to prebus the table i take that into consideration when im tipping my server. No one wants to sit with dirty dishes in front of them. They did comp my pizza which was nice but where was the manager to apologize or see if he could get us anything else? Just sitting in his office when we left and on top of that the air conditioner was broken and it was in the 90's outside. I totally understand thats not the employees fault at all but it was hot and muggy the whole meal. The bar was lined with several portable fans just to keep the bar guests and bartender cool. This was my first and probably last...
Read moreIf I could 0 stars I would…I do not post reviews but this was so underwhelming, underrated and terrible that I just had to write something. We are from out of town but have a Frickers near our home so we thought this would be safe bet for our picky eater kids. However, as soon as we walked into the restaurant my husband and I looked at each other and said should we leave because the atmosphere was so depressing and not to mention gross, but we were hungry after traveling all day so we were hopeful that the food would turn it around. I was very wrong, the waitress was short with us as if we were an inconvenience. Our food a drinks were all extremely bland. The “wings” were very small and had no sauce. When asked if the wings had sauce the waitress looked at us funny like we have never “saucy wings” but no the less they were dry. When we asked her for more sauce, again, we felt we were inconveniencing her by her attitude toward the request. She hardly checked in after that I.e. for drinks. At the end of the meal we were ready to run out of the restaurant. We paid the bill and left so happy to be out of there but as we were leaving my husband realized he left his sunglasses behind and quickly ran back in to get them. Once at our table my husband saw the table was cleared with no sunglasses in sight and no one was willing to help him. For a very empty restaurant and with a waitress that didn’t want to do their job we find it incredibly interesting that once we leave and left the sunglasses behind on mistake the table was impeccably cleaned very quickly. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Please do not waste your time or money...
Read moreThis location might as well just close up shop. The lights are on but no one's home. My crew with three kids stopped in last Sunday night around 8PM.
First thing, we stand at the front counter for about five minutes while an employee in a referee t-shirt stood talking in some office right off the front desk, noticing us several times. Then she finally walks up and says "you can sit anywhere." After five minutes! And looking at us several times. The place was mostly empty.
We finally sit, order our food. And wait for 50+ minutes. And proceed to watch a table across from us get seated, order, get their food, and close their check... BEFORE we get our food.
At the 45 minute mark I ask for the manager. We have three kids for god's sake... that are starving. Darren the manager comes over and confirms we've been "waiting for 48 minutes" and says there was a large "to go" order and a group. The group wasn't that large and since when do "to go" orders get prioritized over dining room!? He then offers a few sodas to be refunded. I demanded 50% off. He goes away to never return or follow up. Our server later shares that he did 50% off on our check, so at least there's that.
I can see why kids "eat for free"... they have to do something to get people in the door. This Fricker's has officially joined the long list of Miller Lane restaurants that are just horrendous now post-COVID. No wonder groceries are so high. Going to a...
