Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Ohio

There is nothing good about this Location. Employees are Extremely Rude and Nasty, Kitchen and Dining Areas look as if it hasn't been cleaned in days, Employees/Management always Arguing and Cursing, Wait times are Very Long and they NEVER seem to have enough of anything. Couple nights ago struck my last nerve with this place. No Corn on the Cob, No Hushpuppies, No Fries, No Green Beans, etc. People ahead of me left before I could hear everything and the Cashier just assumed that I was listening and blatantly said "You heard we're almost out of everything, so what do you want?" Then she turned around and walked in the back somewhere and left me standing there until another employee came to the front. At that point, he was berating the other employee, in front of myself and other customers, for being on her phone. My Receipt was practically Inkless, so finding a Store Number to report this place is impossible, as their own website doesn't even list the correct store number. I used to love Long Johns, But I may just have to completely cut it out of my life, as I'm not driving 45mins to an Hour away just to go to...

We were trying to decide what to eat for dinner and landed on Long John's. Prior to leaving the house I reminded everyone that there are reason we don't eat at the one in St. Clairsville anymore. Such as the floor being sticky or crunchy since it was dirty. When we go in we have to ask for someone to clean a table since they still have garbage from previous customers on them. When you ask for a clean table the staff asks if you are eating in before they go to clean it. They are always out of food and if they have food it is not prepared properly.

Needless to say we went tonight and true to our history with this restaurant they had no food. So we drove 20min to the Moundsville WV location, since we live in St. Clairsville, and got everything we asked for in record time and it was prepared correctly.

Moundsville staff even confirm that they get many customers who travel to there location due to the poor quality of the St....

A very odd Long John's, and these are the reasons: I didn't get any sauces with my meal and they don't even have any out for you to get. I had to ask the counter girl and she had to get sauce from the drive thru window. So extremely odd. It was 41 degree outside and I think thats what it was inside as well. Everyone had their jackets on and some people were evening wearing gloves. I guess they must not have a furnace. All they have are sporks. I didn't even see knives. Oddly very odd it is! All garbage cans in the entire restaurant were overflowing and nobody seemed to care. I went to wash my hands in the middle of eating my meal and when I got back my meal was gone. It had been thrown away. I have never had that happen before in the 40000000 or so times I have eaten out in my life.

I will not go back to this location. I will stick with normal Long John's from now on. This place was very abnormal. The music...
