I ordered this place for the 1st time from Uber.. the order was delivered over an hour late../ not the drivers fault.... I tried to cancel the order after 45 minutes ( no driver assigned) and they wanted to charge me almost 40$$$$!!! No way!!! So... the driver that I finally had was an amazing young man but... my food was nasty cold... and the sweet potato fries that are advertised as waffle are just regular cold limp fries ... in my case... This was our 1st time ordering from here and man we're we let down! My husband did not get his caramelized onions that he paid extra for... my kids did not get cheese on their burgers that we ordered....we ordered a LG Cajun fries, a LG parm garlic fries, and a small reg fry...instead we got 3 small plain cold soggy fries. And to top it off, the burgers tasted so processed and like they took them out of the freezer and tossed em in the microwave. Will NOT order from...

I have ordered from this restaurant 3 times on Uber Eats only to be let down because the sandwich I ordered was not what I received. I tried again because the 3rd times a charm right... well the 3rd time, I even added a note to make sure certain toppings were on the sandwich and paid for extra XTC sauce which I did not receive. When Uber Eats was contacted yet again because I received the wrong or missing items they said they won't refund me. I will never order...
