I’m a regular at this location for last 6 years and by far the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I’ve had on my son’s 2nd bday. Starting at host stand I walked in to submit my reservation and Shannon rudely said other guest sitting down behind were here first. Next I was quoted 15min wait so I stepped outside. 20mins later I returned and the other host told me it’s going to be 30-35min after given expectation. I requested a manager “Julie Hanlan” to resolve mixed communication. She came up and didn’t resolve issue nor coach the staff for mistake. Told her tables were available and suddenly got sat. As we waited for server to take our order Shannon was laughing and looking in our direction constantly. Food came out delivered by Mary Ann who recognized us as her wonderful chill return customers and said wow my manager told everyone in the back your table was problem and never followed up with our visit. Server put in my food wrong knowing I had an intolerance to peppers. He apologized and I declined to eat anything else. Kitchen manager Shaq came out aggressively to table asking what’s the issue and I assured him I stated my intolerance and he told me if not a allergy we don’t take it seriously. Manager Julie did not table visit thru entire experience and when I asked her for her business card she never returned. I paid my full bill and never asked for discounts nor reimbursement. This was by far the most embarrassing visit to this location which I will never return and hope they will be re coached on customer care. Also Mary Ann apologized for their behavior and Shannon continued making comments about how funny life is towards my father in law. He mentioned in Spanish to Shannon she was’nt suitable for position and mistranslated in front other guest that he referred to her as garbage. He stated that’s not what I said and Mary Ann asked her to stop and she continued expressing her nasty attitude.Stay away from this restaurant at all cost! And if you don’t have crayons for kids do not offer a kids menu....
Read moreI would say from the moment I walked in…. Felt off. Place half full but, a crowd at the door. Nnnnnn It’s lunch time too. We greeted with ADDitude and offered the worst seat in the house. Not because it was crowed. I told the hostess we prefer a both because he is a large man and didn’t want to seat in small chairs. There were booths everywhere clearly open. However, we had to wait 5 minutes more for the booth by the kitchen to be cleaned. The woman in front of us was seated in a booth with three more booth seats available. After we were seated the guest behind us were seated at the open booths. Not one single guest was offered the seat we didn’t want. Waitress mixed up coffee order. Plus I asked for kale tonic no ice brings it with ice, had to ask for no ice. Unfortunately that’s not the end of the disrespectful service de cafe was cold not a drop of steam than not one name tag on anyone working than food didn’t not come out at the same time than half of his order was delayed once they were bought to the table they were burnt! (Pictures will be added) More people Trickled in they were seated in the Booth by the same one who told us we had to wait for a booth to be cleaned I took pictures of the seats being occupied by other people but denied to us. Plus onions on my plate and I had French toast ( in photo) I watched the manger walk to every single table and ask how was your service. She never stopped over to the both next to the kitchen where we were seated ( in the BACK) she did walk by at least 18 times never even looked our way not once. She asked when paying the bill. How was the service We just looked at each other. I never experienced such horrible service in the sunshine state EVER never going back and will call to let them know.
I almost forget the millionaires bacon was not slab bacon it was regular bacon no peppercorn and just...

A great place to eat by the Orlando Airport. First Watch is a popular restaurant chain that specializes in delicious breakfast, brunch, and lunch options. It was founded in 1983 in Pacific Grove, California, and has since expanded its presence across the United States. Today, it boasts a considerable number of locations, with over 400 restaurants spread across the country. This extensive reach allows customers to find a First Watch conveniently, whether they're in a bustling city or a suburban neighborhood. I have visited at least 4 locations in 2 states. One of the standout features of First Watch is its focus on health-conscious options. The menu includes a variety of nutritious choices, such as egg-white omelets, fresh fruit bowls, and whole-grain pancakes just to name a few. This location was just north of the Orlando Airport and just southeast of the Car Max. It shares the building with 3 other stores. We were greeted as we entered and seated quickly. The restaurant, like many ones in this chain, had windows along 2 walls giving it a light and airy feel. The seating is a mixture of tables and booths. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The menu has a good assortment and plenty of choices. I ordered the traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The cost is reasonable for the amount you get, quality of the food and the pleasant atmosphere. My meal was ~$14 without the drink. Overall, It was a very pleasant, friendly, clean, and delicious experience that I would...
