Wait time: None, we were sat down promptly as we arrived. No RSVP needed. 10/10

Parking: Plenty of parking space. No valet available. Plenty of Handicap parking in front. 10/10

Hostess: friendly greetings, smiles all the way. 10/10

Server: GREAT servers. They really make the dinning experience fun and engaging. Very attentive to our drinks and knowledgeable of the menu. Made great recommendations. I appreciate that the staff were all happy and smiling as they worked. It felt like they were having fun and spreading great energy all around as they worked. It felt as if I made friends during my visit 10/10

Food: seafood Pho 10/10 (XL if your really hungry) the Broth was PERFECTLY MADE, chicken fried rice 9/10, chicken wings (Garlic) 8/10 (6 and 12 count available). For dessert I ordered the coconut jello 10/10 not very sweat (which is typical of this type of dessert) but very delicious and true to its cultural recipe, and even better locally made! They also have Coffees, Boba, macaroons and many other options to choose from.

Ambiance: The lighting was great, menus were clean and easy to read. Great music modern music choices playing throughout. Decor is beautiful. This truly was a dining experience, I came with an average mood and left smiling 10/10. Kudos to our server to Gifted me an extra coconut jello ;)

Restrooms: Are cleaned and fully stocked 10/10

Cleanliness: Restroom, dining area, kitchen, server area, tables, chairs and countertops are all clean and well kept. Promptly cleaned after customers have finished eating and ready to serve the next guest. 10/10

Timing: The food was out in very quickly shortly after ordering (10-15min MAX). Considering this was a Friday afternoon during the lunch rush, I was impressed! Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. Food temperature was excellent, smelled just as amazing as it looked and presented beautifully. Sauces available upon request. 10/10

Likeliness to return: Found a new Pho favorite! 10/10. You need to try this place out at least once.

Cost: Overall cost with 1 Appetizer, 2 dinner meals, 1 desert was under 60 dollars. Well worth it. I’d go back just for the friendly staff.

Consider Alternatives: N/A. Come here first, don’t look anywhere else.

Large Parties: This location, although AMAZING is not very large and may have some difficulty catering to larger parties. But always call ahead, they seem very accommodating. Additional Comments: Wheelchair accessible, this New place is located in the same plaza as Academy Sports, Mito Sushi and Grill...

Food was average. Service was sloppy and poor, but the waitresses were great when being asked about where an order was. We consistently had to ask why an order was missing. Maybe around 5 times. My Bun Bo Hue took about 45 minutes to come out and was the last item out. It should have been a simple dish to prepare.. I'm not knocking this restaurant, and I'm only sharing my groups experience. I do feel like it might have been an off day, but there's no excuse for the extremely poor service.

Pho: 7/10. Average beefiness to broth. There's not much herb taste or smell. Meat portions were okay. No brisket. Meatballs were fantastic. There was this sour after taste to the broth, which made me think the broth was reheated or leftovers from the day before. Bon Bo Hue: 6/10. Meat portions were good. This broth was very bland. The balance of the broth was not there. It was almost like it was someone's first time learning how to cook it. I took one sip and was disappointed. Missed the mark big time. Maybe it was catered to tourists.

Eggroll: 7/10. A little small. Fillings were average, but there was a uniqueness to the fillings that I hadn't seen or tasted. Gave it .25 points for this technique. Dipping sauce was average. Springrolls: 7/10. Average at best. Dipping was great. Gave it an extra .5 points for the sauce.

Matcha Milk Tea: 6/10. Bland and not sweet enough. Thai Tea Boba: The tea flavor was light, and sweetness was good.

Banh Mi (cold cut): 7 (standard), 8.75 (custom). This was my favorite food from the restaurant. My sandwich was slightly custom. No soy sauce, extra veggies, extra mayo, and extra plateau. These requests dramatically made the sandwich from average to great. Ingredients: mayo was okay. Veggies are veggies. Plateau was average. Meats were good, but the pork head meat was great, and the star of...

Came in one night, 2 girls at the front, no greeting when we walked in, just a fake smirk, my wife and I go to sit down after we're handed the menus, we are seated and getting ready to order another couple enters shortly after seems it's a date night for them but man if you saw how different they got treated and served versus my wife and I who dressed more casually you'd be shocked, anyways we ordered first, the other couple received their food before us and for some reason got priority in spite in coming in 5 minutes after, while the younger girl acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there and would walk away before I finished speaking acting like we had covid...the other table was asked how their meal was and how everything went, the staff didn't even glance at us or come in our direction to extend that courtesy to us, My wife ordered something she didn't like, they charged us for it still and gave us a 5 dollar discount.....never met a restaurant that couldn't take the food back to the kitchen to help the customer, I think considering how much we spend it's unfortunate how we got treated, we usually go to Mita Sushi grill but they were super packed, not surprised their service is phenomenal the twins and the girls are fantastic to my wife and I, next time they're full don't go to Neo next door, I asked the young girl to come to me to give her an update to my order she ignored me and walked away to address someone else and never apologized either if I could say 1 good thing their drinks are decent but their boba was weird and stale like its been sitting wasn't pleasant but I won't be returning blame it on the awful customer service we came friday night for a good time left with an...
