Disappointing Experience at Sfiha’s International Drive

I’ve always enjoyed Brazilian beef, but unfortunately, the one served here tasted stale and old—not at all what I expected. To make matters worse, the food was cold, despite being told it was made fresh. Adding mint to the beef was an unpleasant surprise, as it didn’t complement the flavor at all.

The service was also frustrating. After placing our order at the front, we were told to sit down and wait for someone to take our order again for dining in—an unnecessary and confusing step that made the experience less enjoyable.

Let me start off by saying that this one star is because of the manager. The chicken and catupiry esfiha was AWFUL. It tasted like boiled chicken in water with NO TASTE and smelled HORRIBLE. I make homemade dog food that smells better than this esfiha. The waitress was very pleasant and apologetic and the other esfihas did taste very good. I was disappointed that I ordered 4 chicken esfihas and we barely ate one because we couldn’t stand the smell and even my little kids said “mommy this taste old and dry”. The manager did nothing I explained why we couldn’t eat it and they charged me for all 4 and I paid and left the waitress a really good tip because it wasn’t her fault, she doesn’t cook and isn’t in control, so this is all on the poor customer service on...

I had the opportunity to visit Sfihas restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The food is simply delicious, especially the sfihas, which are an authentic Brazilian delight. Every bite is full of flavor, and the quality of the ingredients is evident.

In addition to the food, the service was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always willing to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. The restaurant’s atmosphere is cozy and perfect for enjoying a good meal with company.
