Update: STOP TAKING MY FOOD AWAY WHEN I USE THE BATHROOM!!!!!!

UPDATE with second and third visit: i'm glad that I went back and I have adjusted my review accordingly. On my second instance I was sat in the bar and had a very helpful and attentive server. The salad still wasn't anything to write home about but it did the job but once again the entrées were amazing as I had a massive burger that took me great effort to delightfully get through. It filled me up and was an amazing experience. but crowning moment came last Friday as I went during a heavy crush of customers and didn't have to wait too long but was well attended to buy my server. I told her that I had certain allergies and issues with the food and she was very attentive in making sure that everything was OK for me. She made special accommodations which I deeply appreciate it. I wish I could single her out for special recognition. I felt very well taken care of. From that first unfortunate time, every subsequent visit to Chili's has been splendid.

First visit: only three stars. It's like it's everyone's first time working here. So strange...

Some random person was the only one filling my drinks and some guy came up as though he wandered into the restaurant and I guess he was my server. I didn't get the sense of being served the whole night. And it took me so long to even get a drink. It makes me sad to give a 3 star review, especially to one of my favorite restaurants, but I didn't feel like I had much of a choice. My family and I went the day after Mother's Day to spend time out as a family, and get some good food. There was, of course quite a wait, but that was to be expected. We were seated and shortly after, our waiter came and took our order. I dont want to get into too much detail, but it just seemed like everything went wrong, with the exception of the food tasting great. The waiter was also very nice, but we basically waited an hr for our food, many things were over looked, or forgotten... silverware for example. And, I had to get up 3 different times to go ask for things, including someone to give my money to at the end. I waited 10 after we were finished, to give our money to. This may not seem very long but after 2 hours (plus the 45 minute wait to even walk in), I was ready to go!!! It just seemed like everything was not going right that night. I was not going to write a review, but it kept popping up on my phone, so I decided to go ahead and share. I used to go to Chilis every week, at least once, and it was always wonderful. Im not sure if these issues were a direct result of the pandemic, but I will be back. The food is always super yummy, and I'm really hoping this was just an off night. I even still tipped well, because I am optimistic that it was a 1-off, or there were a bunch of new employees, but we'll see. Sorry Chili's. 😥 See you...

Ladies and gentlemen, let me share my experience at Chili's Grill and Bar with a touch of constructive feedback: Upon entering Chili's, I found the atmosphere to be casual and inviting. The check-in process was straightforward, and I was promptly seated by the friendly host. But I could do without the snarky side comments how the chick I brought could do better. Now, onto the food. While the menu offered a variety of options, I must admit that the burger I ordered didn't quite meet my expectations. It seemed a bit lacking in flavor and could benefit from some improvement.

The staff was courteous, but there were moments when it took a bit longer than expected to get their attention for refills or requests. However, I understand that busy times can be challenging for any restaurant. And it seemed like the bartender only addressed my female friend, sarcasm aside he didn't even look at me I guess people get mad when an Asian looking guy brings a better looking white girl to the bar. As for cleanliness, while it was generally tidy, I did notice a few areas that could use a bit more attention to detail. In terms of value for money, Chili's prices are reasonable, but some menu items might benefit from being more in line with the quality offered. n conclusion, my visit to Chili's Grill and Bar was pleasant, with a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience.
