I placed an order online 3 hours in advance. I got there at 11:40 AM and my order wasn't ready and they said it would take about 15 more minutes. while I was waiting I decided to order one full order of mojos. A few minutes later they called my name so I picked up the online order and the manager asked if those mojos were for me. I said yes. She said with a frustrated face that it would take another 30 minutes. At this point, I couldn't wait for another 30 minutes so I asked her for my money back. She said yes and asked me to go to the register. I go to the register and gave my receipt to another girl in the register and she said that she needed to wait for the manager's approval. The girl walks towards the manager and I hear the manager say that I had to wait 10 minutes for my refund. I told the girl that I couldn't wait that long because people were waiting for the food at work. The girl at the register apologized and said that she couldn't do anything without the manager's approval. As a worker for the public, we need to be professional and must have good customer service. I went to put the food in my car and came back to look for the manager and I told her that I worked for the public and that what she did was unprofessional and that she needed to take some customer service courses. She didn't look professional at all because she wasn't even wearing a name tag. I was very disappointed and our company orders from there many times, but this will be my last time. By the way, she still owes me for my mojos....
Read moreI'll give them 2 stars because the food was really good but the service... horrible. We came in with a big party and the only table that accommodated us was right by the sun so we went to the tables in the back. We noticed they had reserved signs so my husband asked an employee if we could sit there and she said "they aren't technically reserved, we just put those signs there if we get big parties" so we're like ok cool since we're a big party and she said we couldn't sit there and we had to go to ask the manager. My husband said "we're going to sit here, if the manager has a problem she can come talk to me." Well, about 5 minutes later the manager approaches us at the table and starts off like this "excuse me sir, I don't appreciate you being disrespectful to my employee if you're being rude to my employee you're being rude to me" My husband said she was being disrespectful by approaching a customer and assuming he was being rude instead of at least hearing his side. She sounded like she was part of a gang lol we didn't want anyone to spit on our food so my husband just apologized. Later we sent our son to grab some plates and he said he overheard the staff talking about his Dad. First off I can't believe the manager it was super unprofessional for her to approach us the way she did and for her to allow her staff to be talking about guest out loud like that is buzzard. Read moreWas getting my order taken but what looked to be the shift manager or some kind of supervisor and in the middle of my order; while the 2yr old in my arms was very clearly becoming more and more impatient; she decided to take another employee's question and discuss it for a minute or two while my wife and I just stared at them and tried to keep our toddler calm instead of just taking another 15 to 30 seconds to complete my order. Then the same woman did the exact same thing at the ticket redeem counter in the arcade with the same 2yr old. We were already standing there for probably 3 or 4 minutes and then she walked behind the counter and turned her back to us to do something on the register for about another 4 or 5 min before turning around to impatiently help us for a minute or two.
We cleaned up our table and before we were going to leave I went with my toddler to refill our drink one last time and they had turned off all the fountain drinks. When i asked what the issue was, a different employee said "yeah well we close at 9" and it was 9:08. I said "doesnt it seem like an odd thing to just start shutting things off and everything down without saying anything when there are this many customers in the store?"
