Starbucks — Restaurant in Palmdale

The first time I went there, it wasn't crowded and I got my drink quickly. But the second time, there was huge line in the drive thru so I went inside instead. I'm a teen. I order but I dont receive any kind of receipt. I wait. More people come in with mobile orders and one women ordered after me a few minutes later. I see my drink and ask if my drink is done. They said it wasn't, and so I waited. And waited. And waited while everyone else who came got their drink in a jiffy. While I, the one who ordered long before them, still hadn't gotten my drink. I was very frustrated since I hadn't gotten my drink and the drink that looked like my drink was still there the entire time. 20 minutes pass since I asked, waiting. While yet another got their drink, they finally realized my drink was already there. They apologized, and I got my drink. 2/3 of my drink is melted, the drink is a Double Chocolatey Chip Creme frappuccino. I'm sure the people there are nice and trying to do their jobs. And know they were busy trying to juggle drive thru orders and mobile ones. But didnt they see that the girl, who had ordered before anyone and everyone else is gone, hadn't gotten her order? When I'm pretty angry and frustrated, I cry a little from stress. I would've gone back but since my eyes were red and it would be pretty embarrassing, I just left with my mom and drank my melted frappuccino. Just be sure to ask sometimes if you hadn't gotten your drink. Thank you for reading this. Excellent Frappuccinos custom-made the way I like it perfectly. A wide variety of coffee is served here from lattes, two cappuccinos and Frappuccinos etc etc. Whole coffee beans can be purchased here, as well as coffee cups in French presses. 1 knock I have against Starbucks Corporation is they invest too much in dark roast coffee. In my opinion only espresso should be a dark roast but I will not hold that against them. An entire generation of coffee drinkers is being brought up on Starbucks and once again in my opinion thinking dark roast is the norm. The staff here are kind courteous and helpful couldn't ask for better friendlier service. I definitely recommend the Starbucks however Beware of the drive-thru line. The staff here is amazing. I had inquired about what kind of coffee they used for their iced coffee, unfortunately they don't sell what they send them to use. However, they told me about a coffee that was comparable that they do sell. After looking we discovered that they were out of stock on that one. They then went out of their way to grind some coffee for me to try at home from their own supply at no charge & even gave me suggestions of how to brew it. They truly went above & beyond!
