Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

So I’ve experienced racism at every beef ole Brady’s in Panama but this location was the worst experience! I came in to pick up an online order on a Saturday night and it was super packed there was literally nowhere to stand, so the manager (don’t know his name) but he’s a big bald Caucasian man asked me to stand in a corner which was a very uncomfortable spot to stand because it’s literally in the middle of table and tvs and idk about you guys but I wouldn’t want somebody just standing in front of me and my view of the tvd while I’m out to eat with my friends/ family but I stood there for a good 10 minutes uncomfortably before I went back to ask a waiter how much longer and before I could finish that same manager comes over to me loud and obnoxiously asking me to stand back over in that corner and I told him I’ll wait in my car and I would be back to get it when it’s ready, he loudly responds and says WELL WERE NOT GOING TO BRING IT TO YOU! It was so embarrassing and he was intentionally trying to be intimidating and RACIST. At the end of the day I’m a customer and nobody deserves to be treated that way specially by a MANAGER, you should know better and you’re suppose to set an example for the workers under you! I would like to add to this review: the owners reached out to me. They went back on surveillance tape to see where the problems were. They corrected my original timeline, and assured me they were correcting the bar problems. I will give this restaurant another try.

There's not a lot of good I can say about this particular Beef 'O' Brady's. The food is standard fare.

The hostess was lackluster, and that is reaching. The service was extremely slow, and they were not overly busy.

The drink was finally delivered by someone else about 5 minutes after the appetizer. The 2nd beer came when the rest of our party arrived. We then ordered some sandwiches, wings and another drink. I won't keep going on the timeline, but suffice it to say, we had to search out our server everytime we had a request.

Besides being agonizingly slow, the drinks were tasteless. Between 2 in our party, we had 3 beef 'o Rita's, and 1 spiked lemonade. We could have given them to our toddlers! (We didn't, lol.) There was absolutely no discernible liquor in the mixed drinks.

To end the night, 2 of us and the toddlers left. The 2 that were left moved to the bar to possibly get better service. Nope. They were left high and dry, as were the 3 people sitting at the bar with them. They watched the 2nd half of a football game, and were only able to get 1 beer in...

We were a party of 4, one celiac requiring gluten friendly, so based on reviews, we chose O'Brady's as they advertise gluten free fries done in a separate fryer and they do have a specific gluten free menu. Burgers being a key item of their menu we wrongly assumed they would offer gluten free buns (ok to upcharge for them) to enjoy the burgers, The evening we were there (Feb 12) they only had curly fries which are battered, not gluten free, and no gluten free bun so my great expectation of a delicious burger meal was not to be here. So I settled for the grilled shrimp, rice and broccoli. Shrimp were hot and adequate flavor at best, rice was only warm and broccoli was cold. I can not recommend. Friend ordered the burger special, specifically asked for well done, no pink. It came light pink and only warm, curly fries were barely warm. She could not eat it after one bite, sent it back and settled for nothing, appetite lost. That meal was not charged to us. Two others had the salmon and thoroughly enjoyed the salmon (gave the 2 stars) it was hot, but the rice and curly fries were just warm. Wait staff was great, but the kitchen needs some attention.
