Hands down the best gelato I’ve ever had, even better than anything I’ve had in Italy. I’m a total gelato snob and this place blew me away. The texture is unbelievably smooth, the flavors are rich and perfectly balanced. The pistachio is out of this world, and the dairy-free chocolate tastes just as indulgent. You can tell everything is made fresh with real ingredients and serious passion. If you’re in Park City, this is an absolute must. I came from Salt Lake, having tried many great gelatos so wasn't expecting much. However, I will definitely be making the drive back because this is the best gelato I've ever had.

It's obvious that there is a fine attention to detail when it comes to the flavors, we tried the cherry yogurt, pistachio, and vanilla chocolate malt. 10/10. The staff was also super attentive, helpful, asked about allergies, and let us try tons of flavors before we decided on our favorites.

I have known Mack for some time and have been fortunate enough to be on the receiving end of his amazing gelato at private gatherings.
