Burger King — Restaurant in Park City

Fast food these days are typically low on customer service and interaction between customers and staff. But not today at this Burger King.

I watched as the staff diligently fulfilled orders and were extremely busy and appeared barely to have a moment to take a break.

Kiosks take the orders, food delivery aps were a steady stream and added levels of difficulty to fulfill.

I watched as one woman worked non stop to take orders (in english or spanish), restock the bathroom and help customers. She reminded me of my mom. Dedicated.

She made my order right and I left with a smile. I wish I got her name.

I've been going to this place for months now and the service is the same every time 25 minute wait in drive through just to get the order wrong this has happened multiple times now this last time I said the order was wrong the service lady for drive through said I had ordered a completely different meal and that I had said that specific number on the menu when I had only said the meal name, at this point I was waiting 30 minutes for her to deny that she messed up my order. I will never be returning to this location I suggest corporate do an audit on this location and just close this location as they cannot be making money just losing it and making burger king as a corporation...

Ordered a #8 with only lettuce and bacon with added barbecue sauce. It came with no lettuce and bacon. I went inside to have the issue corrected and the drive-through employee brushed me off and told me to wait. A different employee asked me what I was waiting for and they went back to talk to the assembly employee. They came and grabbed my sandwich and then added bacon and lettuce to it.

Not that I personally care too much, but they should not be grabbing food they’ve already handed out and bringing it into the kitchen, this violates health codes.

On another note, I also ordered churro fries on this order and they were WAY overdone. They were hard and crunchy like biting...
