I really appreciate this 75th and Bell McDonalds manager! I believe her name is Theresa. She saved the day for me!!
I was so ticked off today because i had ordered 65 happy meals from a different McDonalds (the Walmart McDonald's on 59th and Bell). Our preschool has a "happy meal day"every summer. I called in the order (to the 59th and bell location inside walmart) 2 days prior to prepare the workers for such a large amount of happy meals. The manager I spoke with said "yes", no problem, we"ll have them ready for you at 11am!"
The day of pickup (today)I thought I'd better call the McDonalds to remind them of our large happy meal order and that we'd be arriving in 45 minutes to pick them up for our preschool.
The guy on the phone says, "Oh yeah...I was wanting to talk to you" (in his non caring monetone voice.) "We cant make your 65 happy meals." Then he gave me various reasons why they couldn't do what they said they could do 2 days prior. I am so mad and have a preschool full of children waiting for happy meals that this McDonalds hasn't even started making and now refuses to make.
In a panic and in need of 65 happy meals in a 40 minute period of time I called the McDonald's at 75th and bell and Theresa the manager assured me she could whip up 65 happy meals asap. She was so polite and understanding. I apologized for throwing such a large order on her last minute.
Thank you Theresa at the McDonalds at 75th & Bell!!!
However, the Walmart McDonalds on 59th and Bell...you suck! How...
Read moreThe food was as expected, but there is the rudest woman who works there during the morning. She continually swept and mopped under my feet while I attempted to eat. She slammed chairs around and did a lot to interrupt while I tried to enjoy my dining experience.
I have to amend this review. This McDonald's is where I worked as a first job when I was sixteen. So, this location has always been near and dear to me. However, I go to this location usually in the morning and sometimes stop in during the evening. All the staff are rude. However, the morning staff, including the manager are racist. Each morning when I order my customary medium coffee and burrito, I treated with open disdain and barely a word is spoken to me. I sit in a booth near the register and watch the staff gush over the other customers and offer to give them cream and sugar in their coffee. People come in after me and get their orders before me while I sit waiting, unacceptably long for my sausage burrito while more complex orders are served before me. I'm the only non-Caucasian in the restaurant. I'm not on one to jump to conclusions. I've experienced this at minimum fifteen times. The quality of the employees and service have gone way down. No one should patronize...
Read moreAwful experience and they probably won’t even care, since they didn’t so far. I ordered delivery with them (and have a few times before without issues) and checked with my delivery driver that everything was in the bag. She said she asked and the workers said everything was in there. When I FINALLY got my order (which was 40 minutes long btw!) it literally had my drink and just one hash brown. That hash brown was freezing too (not cold, literally freezing), so the one thing I did get, was not even edible. The bag was missing pretty much my whole order. Also, my order on my end does not have everything removed from my sandwich? So idk why it says it on there. Definitely something wrong with their system, who would order/pay a sandwich and then remove every single part of the sandwich..? Doesn’t make sense.
So the workers didn’t even check and make sure it was correct. They just sent a huge bag with just a drink in it and one freezing cold hash brown. You’d think someone would see it’s missing most of the items. Took forever to get help and couldn’t even get a full refund, even though I didn’t get what I ordered at all. Definitely not going back here and went to another location to get the right food, which was a way...
