A nice family run cafe type place. Busy in the mornings but they pump out the product fast! I got a bagel sausage egg and cheese with a coffee for $10. Not too bad considering we are a block away from market st. This place is way better than Starbucks and it's good to support the smaller businesses. While your here check out the old city. And before you come here look at the menu pictures or online because they offer a ton of things.

Munchies offers a good menu with a variety of options, and the fast service makes it a convenient spot for a quick bite. The restaurant is also clean, which adds to the overall positive experience. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the chicken strips, as they didn’t quite meet my expectations. If I visit again, I would definitely go for one of their sandwiches or hoagies—they’re delicious and packed with lots of meat.

So I go here often and never really have a negative comment but last 2-3 times they have given me their potatoes looking crispy and not good at all, today was the worst. They forgot the toast and even condiments. I called and young lady wanted me to go back for the toast like ma'am I am at work.

I literally work within a minute walking distance of this place so I thought this would be a great place to become a regular lunch spot. Sadly I was wrong. I’ve ordered on a Saturday morning before, received the wrong order but didn’t make a huge deal about it. Instead I called them informing them & instead of just correcting, they wanted me to pay the difference for their mistakes. Last week they also gave me the wrong order. When I called, they tried to get me to come back to get the right order but that was not possible as I was at work. I asked if they could just drop it off, they said no we’re about to close. The manager insisted that he would give me a credit for my order as long as I ordered the exact same thing (5pc tenders). Well today I called to have the order replaced, the lady Leah recalls the initial interaction and says she remembers (I’m thinking this is a good sign). They proceeded to charge me for a 3pc instead of comping the meal! He said instead of replacing the order they never made correctly, they charged me for a 3pc and ā€œgave me 2 free tendersā€ā€¦mind you I paid for a 5pc initially and only received 3. He went back and forth with me about how to make it right yet he refused to make it right. My company ordered here pretty frequently and this place was so convenient location wise, especially with the hassle of getting around center city. Unfortunately we will not be patronizing this establishment...

One star is too much! The customer service is pi**-poor. Many restaurants are hiding behind the "inflation" mantra just to over-charge customers. It is absurd to go up an extra 2.00 for a tired BLT with 3 pieces of bacon 1 tomato brown lettuce and then charge .50 extra for RYE BREAD. When calling for clarification and my dissatisfaction, I asked to speak to a manager "he" is busy. I the advised the worker I would hold. After having a conversation in a language that I couldn't understand, the same person resumed the call to say she was the manager. This deceit and deception is unacceptable. That is why establishments have managers so they can handle any question a customer may have. After my questions, the rude imposter hung up, I call back and was hung up on me again!!! This behavior, treatment and lack of respect is beyond rude. Spend your 8.00 somewhere else so you won't be...

I have no picture because I threw the whole thing in the trash.

I used to order from munchies all the time. I haven't in about 6 months, and the quality just went down horribly.

I ordered French toast, turkey sausage, eggs and home fries. What I had was the equivalent of hospital food !!

The French toast tasted like it was previously frozen, as did the sausage and eggs. Calling it dry I'd an understatement. I don't understand how fresh French toast that was just dredged thru cream and eggs and then cooked could be so dry that it literally got stuck in my esophagus. No amount of extra butter or syrup would help. The eggs tasted like they were powdered. And the homefries were just unseasoned potatoes cut into chunks with the peeling still on them.

I ordered thru door dash.. which made a 13 dollar platter go up to 21 dollars. What a waste of...
