About two years ago I had an old diamond ring just sitting around . I decided to sell. It was a 14k gold band wit a “2” carrot diamond along with smaller diamonds. He tested the gold and diamond for me with two different techniques. Even sent me next door to have someone with a diamond machine check to see if it’s real. I was able to walk out with an amazing offer.

Fast forward to 2024. I walked in with my daughter’s 18k gold bangles and anklets that’s been shoved in the drawer as she doesn’t want to wear it anymore. I bought them from an Asian jewelry store on Washington Ave . He looked at it and said it a not 18k. But he checked on the black board that all the bad reviews talked about “ scratching” their gold…well that’s how gold is tested! Anyways. It showed it was not 18k rather than 14k. I was shocked as I paid for 18k. He assured me not to worry as he has another way of checking! He brought out a gold testing machine and indeed it showed 18k. Eric was able to offer me 18k price per gram market value right now. I did not sell as my daughter suddenly wanted to wear her jewelry….

I would be giving them 5 stars had the two times I have gone in to sell items the foreign gentlemen acted extremely rude and while I was dealing with the other curtious and kind staff who were already making me offers and working with me, he would butt in and try to take over the deal and then low ball me after I had already been given offers. He even had the Gaul to call the stuff I had brought in "junk" and offered me $5 for all of the antique items i had and then said he was going to just throw it all away anyways. Hes a cheap, rude, ass hole who has no business being in any type of customer service position. I shouldn't have to be made to feel uncomfortable bringing in my items to sell. I hate to let one bad egg ruin the bunch but his rudeness makes me want to bring my business elsewhere. Being rude and having an attitude is not how you get return customers or...

I’ve never sold anything before but when I googled where to sell and seen the amazing reviews I had to check it out!!! Eric is outstanding and amazing!!!!! You don’t find decent honest people anymore and he is definitely ONE of them!!! We talked about everything family’s,culture, babies!!! Sharing video’s and pictures of our children!!! So down to earth!!! Felt like I was talking to someone I knew for years so sweet and nice and kind and honest!!! If you have to sell anything for any reason he is your go too guy!!!! He’s honest and doesn’t take advantage at all gives you your worth!!!
